Not good… can’t seem to get anyone to answer my emails.. not very helpful… disappointing experience which I usually don’t have a problem with but this time I do☹️

The biggest part was the shipping and to get what I needed and to get it within a few weeks is absolutely amazing I ordered from another place In china and had to wait almost 6 weeks never again joyas will be my go to and this was my second order no disappointment at all definatley recommend

Not receive my items and I ask several times for my refund and not get my money Back yet
Of course I Will.not recommend your Shop and I Will never buy again with your store

Customer service is always the best! Anytime I need assistance all I do is email the support and they get back to me right away!

I Love all their products! They are fast shippers! Easy to work with!

First off lets start out by how amazing the product is! on time just as shipping had promised. customer service was easy fast and effective when I called, they handled my questions just as id like. Price is very fair. I will definitely be coming back and shopping with them again and again worth every penny! Highly recommend joyasdechina this shop to anyone needing jewelry!

Best place for jewelry, beads and much much more. Owner and staff are very friendly and give excellent service and best quality product. I have been shopping here since the past 8 years and love everything about it. Thank you team!!!

Shipping times are not accurate. 8-12 business days as of November 9th and as of today December 9 it still shows unfulfilled and the tracking I was finally given after asking for it hasn't move since November 22.
Customer service is poor. Response time to inquiries is days and not helpful with information.

I am very pleased to deal with this company, the delivery time was just right for me, and I am satisfied with the price I paid for the quality I got, and I will recommend all my friends to buy from Joyasdechina, thank you for such good dealing, excellent service and quick response.

This business is amazing, the delivery time was astonishing coming within 8 days. I'm surprised the jewelry doesn't cost twice the price I will definitely be going back and buying more of the jewelry for friends and family.

Items arrived in timely manner. Items delivered were as described!

I have waited for almost a month my package tracks at the same location since 11/24. This is crazy. 8-12 business days. Wow
