Josef Seibel Arvostelua 

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased shoes directly from the Josef Seibel Canada which said free pre paid returns within 30 days of purchase. The shoes did not fit and I tried numerous times to contact them by phone and email to get the pre paid info for the return. I left 3 phone messages and 2 emails and still have not heard back more than a week later. I ended up having to ship back at my own cost. I will NEVER purchase another pair through their store or any other store of that brand.

I've been wearing Seibel footwear for many years. It never fails to achieve a very high standard of fit, comfort, style and value for money. They last for years. They keep on top of fashion and our changing world. Vegan footwear love it. On line purchasing is simple and delivery is very fast.

These trainers are really comfortable and well made.

I have new Elli trainers in a beautiful blush pink colour. They are just as comfortable as my other Josef Seibel shoes - I love them!

I usually buy Josef Seibel shoes in store (they are really good quality and so beautiful!) but this time I was desperate, so bought them online. I wish Josef Seibel included shoes width in their shoes descriptions. Plus, why not free returns like in so many other online stores? I had to pay for my return and it wasn't cheap.

Purchased a pair of Joseph Seibel casual shoes a few months back, I haven't worn them a lot but already the heel and sole are wearing quite considerably, shame as the upper seems quite well made but let down by a cheap sole, which of course is practically unrepairable. Such waste. Unlike my shoes from M&S which I have worn quite a lot and still looking good.

Poor quality shoes. Shoes sole broken to several pieces after only few times wearing. I have two photos as an evidence.

Previous purchases I’ve had from Josef Seibel have been great. A pair of sandals I hadn’t worn much, were ideal for the recent warm weather. The sole on both has just split. Only one season’s wear, overall.

I wrote to Josef Seibel with a cheeky request, wondering if they had a spare left Caron style trainer as a fox went off with mine! Not surprisingly they didn't, but as a gesture of goodwill, they sent me a £25 voucher towards my replacement pair. That's what I call BRILLIANT service!!

I bought a pair of Josef Seibel sandals Tonga 25 a year ago and the cork that the heels are made of has started to disintegrate already so they are no longer wearable. The Josef Seibel website will take no responsibility, claiming that they are a website only and not the manufacturer.

Purchased the Westland Peyton boots in black , they are such a good fit and so comfortable , I’m usually a size 5 or 6 in footwear depending on style , I got these in the 5 and they are perfect , I was a bit sceptical when I realised they were vegan but can honestly say they are so well made and I’ve paid more for boots that haven’t lasted very long , will definitely buy again from Josef Seibel range .

My Josef Seibel boots are well made, stylish and very comfortable. I will definitely be buying other styles.

I have just purchased the Emily 01 from JOSEF SEIBEL and I absolutely love them! The minimal look makes them the perfect white trainer to go with everything in my wardrobe. Super comfortable straight out of the box -no breaking in needed.

My first pair of Steffi Boots lasted 2 seasons, then the sole split. I replaced them and the sole split on the new pair within 7 months. I've never had boots from any other manufacturer last for such a short time. I won't be buying any more of this brand.

I have been a customer for a long time and have always been totally happy and satisfied. The choice covers a wide range and my last purchase the Claire 03 are a very well made trainer type shoe, sturdy yet soft making them extremely comfortable to wear!

2nd pair of boots by this brand and have to say they are not as comfy or soft as my first pair, 2nd wearing the eyelets came apart. :(. As it's coming into summer it will be a while before "break" them in . A little disappointed as my 1st pair were and still are fantastic.

The shoes are sturdy comfortable and supportive

Delivery was 3days later..
Shoes are stylish and comfortable , plus suitable for work were I spend 10 hours on my feet …… Bliss
