I THOUGHT I had ordered the correct size of ring. However, my choice wasn’t recorded for some reason (user error most probably) which meant the it defaulted to the smallest size. I was contacted by Jools before they despatched my order to double-check the size showing. I was able to correct the order. Very grateful that they checked and then confirmed that the correct size would be sent after the error was corrected.
