great quality

Love the quality of the product and the time in which things were delivered.

I am very unhappy with the burgundy coloring though. It looks more brown than anything and it is just not cute. Sad to give it as a gift.

My sister has not received package

My sister has not received package. Y’all say it was left on her front door, there was nothing there for her. Investigation in process as per Jon Hart.
I’m very disappointed. Not sure what has happened.

Fabulous Service!!

Fabulous service - very nice Chica Grande Clear bag for my daughter to use as a make up bag. I ordered Royal Blue trim with Gold stamped initials - beautiful gift!!

K back to Katherine was the most helpful Customer Service person I have encountered in my many, many years of shopping. She promptly called me in response to a voice message, has me send a photograph of the item I was endeavoring to purchase. Upon receipt of the photo she researched the item and called me back with information on how to locate the item and place my order. Her instructions were very good, and I placed my order. Amazingly, she followed up later that day and requested the order number so she could follow it. Although I did not expect the item for 3-4 weeks, it arived just over a week later. Katherine served Jon Hart and me well.
