I'm disappointed in my overall experience with Jon Hart. I purchased a Weekender duffel that is now completely broken after about a year and a half of light use. The stitching has come off in parts, which caused part of the side strap to fall off. After that, the zippers both completely fell off, so it cannot be zipped. I emailed returns, who told me that they cannot do anything right now due to COVID and sent a link that they said would be updated with COVID policies. Understandable that they cannot let the product be sent in at the moment, and I am not arguing that. But because I sent them pictures that clearly showed the problem, I replied and simply asked if they could tell me if it could even be repaired or not once it can be sent in the future. I got a snarky "per my last email" email in return, which was not really necessary. I had also mentioned in my reply that the link they sent did not say anything about COVID return policies, as the link was only for return order forms. She made sure to mention in the email that she included a "screenshot of the website that was linked" but it was a screenshot of a different link, not the one she had sent.

Overall, I basically paid $300 for my bag to fall apart and for customer service to then send me a lackluster, unprofessional "deal with it" email. I expected a little more from a company like Jon Hart. I understand I cannot send the bag in at the moment, but I would have liked at least a little more help with the situation.

My daughter’s Christmas wish, and she LOVED! Even though I put the wrong thing on the patch. We will wait until school is out to get that corrected.

My bag FINALLY came in January 14th. I wanted to edit/update my review to add...Almost immediately after posting my review I was contacted by Jon Hart & was told they were looking into the issue. I received an email a few days later, I then called Jon Hart for further information as they had just said in their email there had been a “discrepancy” in my order. After speaking with Jon Hart it became clear that the boutique had lied to me as to when they had turned the order in. The cutoff to order to receive by Christmas was the 10th (the 10th is when they tried to place the order, I had been told this whole time the 6th and had placed my order with the store on the 4th) the order wouldn’t go through for some reason on the 10th due to computer error. Jon Hart did take responsibility for sending it not monogrammed. I feel they did their due diligence once they had read my review, I LOVE their bags and will continue to do business with them. (The boutique, not so much)

I had ordered a makeup bag on December 6th through a boutique here in town. I was guaranteed the item before Christmas per Jon Hart Design. Christmas came and went and no bag. Apparently they had run out of the blush material therefore unable to get the bag to me prior to Christmas. I was then told that the bag had come in to the store on January 4th but it was not monogrammed but it would be sent out overnight on Monday and Jon Hart would monogram the bag and overnight it back to be here on Wednesday January 8th. It is now the 11th and I still do not have my bag. I am beyond frustrated with this company and will NEVER order from them again which is sad as I own a couple of their bags. Think again if you plan on ordering during a high volume time.

I bought six passport covers and had a problem with one .
I had a quick response from Katherine ,
She quickly resolved my issue , replaced one , sent out over night to me . Problem solved .
I really appreciated everyone’s hard work in making this right for me.

When I received the item, the engraving was way off centered. It never should have left the shop like that. I had to go through your timely process to get another sent to me. It did arrive quickly or I would have given you only 2 stars.
