Jones Skips Arvostelua

Don't use this company! They will selfishly leave their skip at your property for as long as they feel like it!
I've had their skip parked on my drive for 2 weeks after the work on my property was completed. After repeated calls to have it removed they've claimed they're "too busy". If they're so busy you'd assume they'd like it back to continue to rent it out.
Future builders that I employ will be instructed NOT to use this company, and I certainly don't recommend Jones Skips.

I would like to thank Jade for her help getting my skip arranged to be collected when a company that they sublet to failed big time to follow through on collecting my skip they were paid to do.
It was not her job or Jones skip hire but she is a real gem and went more than an extra mile.
The company have a real professional employee there.
So thank you Jade.

The experience date was June 16 - 24

If you need a skip to sit on your drive for a month, then this is the company for you. However, if you’re looking for a quick turnaround and prompt collection, I would avoid them.

Unfortunately, I spent weeks trying to get my skip removed, making numerous phone calls only to be told they were too busy to collect it. To make matters worse, it often took around 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone each time I called.

The customer service experience was disappointing throughout. I was given collection dates, only for the skip not to be collected as promised.

This caused significant inconvenience, as I arranged my plans around the agreed collection dates, expecting the skip to be removed. Each time, I was let down without any communication or explanation.

A reliable collection service is just as important as delivery, and sadly that was not my experience.

They keep missing collections and don't manage to reconcile my payments. If you are looking for a set and forget partner, look elsewhere. It takes a lot of hands-on management with this company.

Top class company, great communication and attention to detail!

Excellent service delivering exactly what I needed. Friendly and helpful.
