Budget Skips Direct Arvostelua 4

Budget Skips delivered a smaller skip than we paid for as they had no availability of the size we ordered and said they are sorry and would refund the difference
This did refund not happen and now suddenly they don't know anything about it

1. Delivered and collected on time without a fuss. Couldn’t ask more for a skip hire service.

They delivered the skip while I was at work on the arranged day with no fuss so I can't make a single complaint about that especially when the potential damage to my fence they warned about didn't occur.

Collection though proved to be a whole other story. They didn't collect it on the day I had arranged and despite putting in a request for collection on top of that they decided to pick it up the next day after what was arranged. Even then they didn't turn up which I can only assume was due to the Bank Holiday but they made no mention of that affecting collection when I booked or in our later communications.

As the front of my house is not a driveway and does not have a dropped curb I cannot keep it clear indefinitely and have no right to ask drivers to not park there for extended periods of time. Their lack of information as to when they intend to pick up the skip had me curtain twitching constantly and harassing people about parking in front of my property.

They need to actually have pick up and delivery slots and they need to communicate by text or something when they are near or at the property.

The skip is at present still on my property with no information from them about when it will be collected as they have missed the arranged pick up date and the date they told they would pick it up.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired two skips within 3 days. The first one was delivered late - as in the next day, and the second was also delivered late so I requested it to be picked up as late as possible the next day. I was informed by Budget Skips Direct that they could only give me a PM timeframe so I had no choice but to agree. One hour past noon the driver arrived for the skip (I wasn't finished with it) that I'd had for 24 hours and he told me I could have got an after 3PM delivery time. Absolutely rubbish service and I would recommend to stay away from them. Go to an actual kip company who will be able to offer the service you deserve and get your actual monies worth. I'm fuming and after trying to get some money back (failed!) I told them I would be sharing my experience for other unsuspecting people so they stay away!
