From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Disappointed

We asked the colleague for a SMALL julius K9 harness for our dog. He asked for our dogs weight and then came back with a MEDIUM harness. He said she should have that one because of her weight despite us requesting the small size. We listened to him as we felt he is the expert. When we got home we were so disappointed that the harness was too big. We now have to make another trip to Totton.

This company can improve by supplying…

This company can improve by supplying tge cat food customers want to purchase. Hills diet have disappeared from your shelves. Your choice of tinned food is abysmal. The staff are brilliant but they cannot explain why shelves are low or out of stock. This company used to be the best for cat food but now I cannot buy what I know my cats will eat.

My first time shopping here

My first time shopping here, I found everything I needed and was helped by a staff member to pick the best worming solution for my cats, the staff are very helpful and polite, I will be visiting again. 5stars
