One of our German Shepherd dogs has EPI and can only eat very low fat raw food. The brand we use is often hard to find and wasn't in stock in any of the Jollye's shops near us - but Holly the Manager... Näytä lisää

Staff are always interested in you and your pet. Helpful in giving advice. Our dog was ill and Holly pointed us to Lifestage grain free food and Bonnie eats this no problem and hasn’t been ill since.... Näytä lisää

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Staff are always helpful

Staff are always helpful, when choosing food for the dog. Alternatives, which are the best etc.
Well laid out and spacious, the dog loves it

Helpful friendly staff

Staff are always interested in you and your pet. Helpful in giving advice. Our dog was ill and Holly pointed us to Lifestage grain free food and Bonnie eats this no problem and hasn’t been ill since. Have information about community like dog training classes etc. win win

Welcoming pet store.
Myself and my 9 mth old puppy have visited this store on many occasions, before it was revamped and after. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. The shop looks really smart now

The store caters primarily for dog and…

The store caters primarily for dog and cat owners. There was a poor choice of products for other pet owners and I found the goods expensive. After purchasing some heavy/bulky items I, as a 77 year old man, was neither offered nor even asked if I needed any assistance to carry them from the store. The whole experience was impersonal and unsuited to my needs.
