Such a great choice and prices. Support is also excellent. Had a good experience placing my order and had 0 issues. I choose zoya because i know if I did have an issue they would make the effort to make it right. Highly recommend to newbies and people on maintance.
Zoya has been so helpful with their entire process and with any questions that come up. Everything seems to be coordinated so well from start to finish. Orders are shipped fast. Providers respond when needed. Support seems to always be available and have solutions ready for any issues. Their product selection and pricing is phenomenal. I have been impressed since day 1.
Zoya offered a wonderful transparent sign up experience, it was easy, and was able to successfully navigate my way through the process. I experienced a rapid approval timeline. I've been with Zoya Health a few months now after leaving another telehealth company whom I was with for over a year. I must say this is my best experience yet. I placed 2 orders so far and the were approved in minutes and sent to pharmacy. I received both orders in less than 5 days with overnight UPS shipping. I highly recommend Zoya Health. And the next best thing you can pay overtime with Klarna or Affirm. Zain is very active and answer all my questions fast.
They have excellent customer service and response times. I had a shipping and tracking issue (pharmacy not zoya) and Zain from Zoya was able to track down the package and offer quick solution to the problem.
Their prices are very competitive when compared to other telehealths. They are also one of the few who offer service to Puerto Rico.
