Fair price, got a “summer promotion” that said lock in price for life. Great customer service communication, customer service expedited shipping when I called and explained my GPL 1 pills from another pharmacy were going to run out.

It is easy to follow directions. Have already dropped 3 pounds in 3 days . Hopefully to keep losing

It was 96° outside when it was delivered. It came in a styrofoam container with a single ice pack that was completely melted. The overnight shipping actually took two days and the packaging was not sufficient enough for 2 day shipping and 96° or higher heat. So everything that I got was baked in the Sun and ruined. I've reached out but have not got a response from anyone. And it is very hard to contact this company because none of their emails contain a link to contact anyone.

My order of trizepidide was filled wrong. I ordered NAD and still have not received. The payment has already been received. This RX strength is not strong enough. I was told to take pictures of the RX bottle but when I try to it does not work. When I ordered no one answered to speak to because it was the weekend. I think the company needs to coordinate and communicate to each other how to make the entire process run smoothly. YMC

Communication was great. Feel the dosage would have been better if it was the dosage I was previously on at 12.5, not lower dosage of 10.0.
Medication took a bit longer to arrive than expected.
Otherwise experience was good.

The lack of communication is worrying. There is no phone number to contact anyone at Embody. If I have questions exactly how am I supposed to get any answers?

I’d say the best part of this company (beside the prices) is the great communication!

I haven’t received my order yet. I called customer service and was told it would ship by the end of this week. It is now Saturday and no updates yet.

Every thing was great. The service was great too.

So far my experience has been great,I recieved my order within 3 days,even though they said it would be up to 10 days,all supplies that I needed to get started on my weight loss journey.

So far no complaints or regrets.

I never even received my order and on top of that I had the apartment manager check everywhere, still nothing. So the medication has surely gone bad , it “arrived” the 3rd of July and it is the 11th.

I would just use a more reputable company. These guys took forever to reach out to me. So long infact that I had decided to cancel and try somewhere else. When I sent the cancelation email I recieved a reply within hours from a doctor. They asked if I wanted to continue but I still had a few questions to ask before deciding if I would stay or not. Before I confirmed my decision and before the conversation was even over they sent a message saying I had been approved and the meds would be ordered. I didn't love that. I got an email saying they would let me know when the meds were on the way. It's been a whole week since then and now im getting an email asking me to rate them and "hoping I feel a difference by now"... I should've gone with a more reputable place. The price isn't worth it. Im going to try and cancel but ive seen horrible reviews from people who try to cancel after they have been approved. Its overall been a blah experience. If its the price attracting you to this place I get it but be prepared for horrible and slow communication. They dont even have a patient portal for me to log into? It seems all the communication is through email. If you are still thinking of trying embody after the many bad reviews like I was, good luck sailor🫡 sometimes we gotta learn from making the mistake ourselves.
