Diaspo Arvostelua 

Diaspo's cooking class was an exhilarating and unique experience. Unlike typical cooking classes, it immersed us in Moroccan culture, enriching our understanding immensely. Aicha, our wonderful instructor, expertly guided us in preparing a delectable dish, providing numerous insightful tips and tricks for future attempts. I highly recommend this class!

I ordered the chai & spice barfi as a special gift and had an exceptional experience. The barfi were delicious and Diaspo made the whole process super easy. What an amazing way to taste foods from across world! Will definitely order again.

Chai & Spice barfi were a novel combination and tasted hood. A bit pricey.

Superb company with whatever they do, from the cooking experiences to their meal boxes. Small they have the attention to detail and customer satisfaction that makes the experience a pleasure.

I've never tasted food as authentic as this. It was real-home cooked food. The experience took it to another level - the playlist, the booklet and the story of the cook!

Sad that my delivery was moved a week later and then cancelled without any notice. I found out that the food wouldn't be arriving and my order had been cancelled at 8pm on the day only because I emailed the company.

The lessons with Lina were both informative and enjoyable. Her tips with techniques and flavours made the course a must for anyone interested in genuine Lebanese food. The lessons were well paced and she was patient and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend as it is something I am delighted to have discovered.

I have done a few Diaspo classes over the last year and a bit and recently joined their first course, four sessions focusing on North Indian cuisine. Our teacher Amrita was brilliant – she was very patient and encouraging and shared lots of great tips (I will never buy pre-ground cumin again!). We learned a really diverse range of dishes – my favourites were dhal and parathas – and it was great how they could all be served together as a dinner party. The online format works really well, as did the accompanying WhatsApp group, and we received all the recipes in plenty of time. I am looking forward to more Diaspo courses!

I am thrilled to have found Diaspo! It has reignited my passion for cooking and learning. I have taken part in several of their standalone classes, and most recently in the Indian Cooking Course with Amrita. What an absolute delight! I have learnt so much, the classes were easy to follow and well paced, and Amrita was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend Diaspo highly enough.

Enjoyed the course and its presentation. The theme was catering for a dinner party for 4 people, so there was a complete range of courses.

I made some suggestions to the organiser about themes for future possible courses, since I never give dinner parties (!).

Amrita was clear and confident teaching over Zoom and the medium worked effectively, I thought.

The pre-course and post-course materials were very professionally presented and promptly delivered. All other aspects were well organised and professional and Harish was very accessible.

The course was very reasonably priced and I would certainly consider joining future similar events with Diaspo.

Fantastic experience!

We assisted to a 4-week indian cuisine course and it was brilliant: the teacher, Amrita, went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything, hows and whys, and the recipes were genuinely very tasty. We learnt a lot, definitely recommend :-)

We organised a cook-a-long class using Diaspo for our team and the team was cooking Malaysian dish. The whole team really enjoyed it and it was a great experience/ social event organised virtually for the team and great bonding exercise as we had a lot of new joiners during lockdown so it was nice to do something fun together. We will defiantly use Diaspo again for a different type of cuisine. If you are looking for some social activity for your team this option is definitely worth considering.

Diaspo hosted a fantastic cooking class and it was so different and exciting to other cooking classes out there as we learnt so much about the Moroccan culture and more! Aicha was a fab teaching us the delicious dish, and gave loads of helpful tips and tricks for recreating the dish in the future! Would 100% recommend.

I’ve done several classes with Diaspo and they’ve all been great! The recipes have always been quite easy to do on my own later, and the instructors are so friendly and good at explaining the steps. I really like the ease of doing the recipes at home on my own, rather than in a classroom, because it’s easier to remember and replicate.

My experience with Diaspo was brilliant from start to finish - I organised a corporate social event for my team and Harish was extremely attentive and helpful in planning the experience for us, including all our requirements, and our class instructor Aicha was super fun, engaging and knowledgeable, and the team had a fantastic time. This was the perfect virtual experience, ideal for hosting at weekday mealtimes which can otherwise be a bit of a tricky time, and we would definitely go back to Diaspo again!

I've attended two Korean cooking classes with Yuensub through Diaspoqnd both have been absolutely excellent. Having someone talk you through, give you tips and tell you about the history of the fish to them makes it so much better. She is also a great teacher- I've already made the dishes multiple times again and they've turned out great! A bargain!

Super experience joining a cooking class, was great fun and the dish tasted out-of-this-world delicious. It was useful to understand the technique involved and make cooking the Chicken/Tofu Saagwala, doable. I'll be making this recipe, again and again! I'm also looking forward to taking more Diaspo classes soon.

It was a good class Zal was very informative and extremely helpful. A delicious dish.

We had a Lebanese cooking class with the lovely Suzan who taught us how to make Musakaa. It was a really enjoyable experience to do as a team!
