I did not receive the dosage that i had…
I did not receive the dosage that i had purchased. I ordered the 1mg and I received the .5mg. I tried to contact customer service and have gotten no response. I spoke with the nurse who informed me of the different dosing plan. She did not believe me when i told her i ordered the other vial

I paid for three months and received a vile that had one dose in it. I paid you guys $600. I want to refund immediately. This is not what I paid for. The first time I received three full vials to last three months you sent me one vile that has one week dosage in it. I have not used it so if you want it back, you can have it. Our medication is sold by the vial, and the number of weeks a vial lasts depends on the total amount of medication, its concentration, and your approved weekly dose. A vial may also look different or contain a different volume than a previous order depending on the dispensing pharmacy and formulation.

I canceled and they did not care or try to help.
I asked as soon as I ordered for someone to contact me about what dose I had and how long it would last. Their response was to set an appt with a nurse, which I did. The nurse had no idea. I told them I want to cancel. A day or 2 later they responded that my order was approved by the pharmacy so I could not cancel after it was approved. I asked to cancel way before it was approved. 8-31-26 update after their response. I requested to be contacted right after my order to confirm the amount of the product and length or time I could use it. This was prior to any pharmacy or any approval of the meds. As you know, my first 3 months supply had to be discarded after 28 days. You cust service has 20 or more emails about my issue and did nothing to try to fix it or make it right. At age 61, this is the first bad review I ever left in my life.

I loved this company until they…
I loved this company until they straight up lied to me about changing my prescription. Put me back at a starter dose when I had been with them for probably a year. To go backwards just makes no sense. I understood when I changed to Trizepatide that the dosage went down because it's supposed to be stronger/better for results. But I wanted to switch back to Semaglutide and was absolutely lied to. And the customer service was very rude pretty much yelling at me on the phone. Do not recommend them after all of that. And their response to this is to call them? I already did that twice. Once to be lied to and Once to be treated like absolute crap

Received wrong dosage vile for refill
Received the wrong dosage vile when I ordered refill paying full price. Called customer service and was only offered $50 credit despite receiving less than 1/2 of the medication that was prescribed.
