Ordered two vials and only received one. Apparently this is happening to other customers so buyers beware!!! First off it took forever to receive my order(3 weeks) My initial order was 2 vials both supposed to last 8 weeks each. I reached out to customer service only to be told that the “pharmacy is processing it”. It’s been almost two weeks now and no second viaI. I paid over $1000 for this order. If you want your money stolen, order with Bliv. I have contacted my bank.

To clarify, our pharmacy partner has recently adjusted how multi-vial orders are fulfilled. In some cases, the vials are now shipped separately rather than together to help ensure the medication remains within its appropriate beyond-use date (BUD) throughout treatment. This does not mean the second vial is missing from your order or that you have not received what you paid for. We encourage you to contact our support team directly so we can review your order and provide information specific to your prescription. You may also schedule a complimentary call with our nurse team if you have questions regarding your dosing schedule or how long each vial is expected to last.
We understand the confusion this change can cause and are happy to help clarify the status of your second vial.

Do not waste your money—severe decline in quality and customer safety
Hey everyone, heads up if you’re currently ordering through Bliv—check your vials and beyond-use dates (BUD) immediately.
Ever since they had to switch pharmacies away from ProRx to smaller compounders (mine came from PerfectionRx), quality and support have fallen off a cliff:
Short Expiration Dates: I paid $600 for a 3-month supply (with my prescribed dosage), but the vial arrived with a BUD only one month out. I called PerfectionRx directly, and they confirmed their compounded meds only have a 45-day BUD. Bliv is charging people for 3-month batches knowing the meds expire weeks before you can actually finish them.
Warm / Damaged Shipments: My original shipment arrived hot, and the replacement they sent (after 3 weeks of trying to talk with AI bots and real support staff ) also showed up warm, bubbly, and with the exact same 30-day expiration window.
Refusing Refunds: Their support repeatedly sent me outdated BUD documents from their old pharmacy and flat-out refused a refund because the order "already went to the pharmacy." The only money I was able to get back was the remaining money for a yearly subscription for when I had tried buying namebrand Zepbound through Bliv but ended switching back to compounded . I wasn’t refunded for my $600 compounded order . ( they responded with “well we gave you a complimentary replacement vial since we never heard anything back from pharmacy”. Meanwhile the replacement vial was hot, bubbly, and expired only a few days after the first vial they sent ).
Just wanted to give you all a warning so you don’t get blindsided or take degraded/expired medication. If you have an active order arriving, check the date on the vial before using it!

We do want to clarify that Bliv works with licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy partners, and the beyond-use date, formulation, labeling, and storage guidance for each prescription are determined by the dispensing pharmacy. When pharmacy partners or formulations change, documentation from a previous pharmacy should not be used to determine the BUD of medication dispensed by a different pharmacy.
Regarding your shipment, our team did work to address your concerns and provided a replacement vial at no additional cost while the issue was being reviewed. We’re sorry to hear that the replacement did not resolve your concerns and that you were dissatisfied with the time it took to receive answers.
We also understand your frustration regarding the refund request. Because compounded prescription medication is prepared specifically for the patient and fulfilled by the pharmacy, orders generally cannot be refunded once they have been submitted and filled. However, we recognize that concerns involving the condition or BUD of medication deserve careful review.
We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. We are continuing to work with our pharmacy partners and internal team to ensure patients receive clear, pharmacy-specific information regarding their medication, including formulation, storage, dosing, and beyond-use dates.
