Amazing, speedy help from Maddie with my order!

Bought a cardigan for my daughters birthday. Not cheap but very good quality so you get what you pay for. Had to email them about a mistake I’d made and they responded really quickly and efficiently. In fact best customer service I’ve ever had.

I made an order for a couple of jumpers from Sisterhood but messed up on the delivery. Luckily I was emailing with Maddie who always replied really quickly and sorted my issue in no time! Thanks so much, I really appreciate it!

I had twice cancellation requests in a short time. the customer service was so very quick and friendly, they helped me a lot and solved my problem greatly!

Maddie in Customer service was awesome. So helpful and friendly.
I reached out for help after I ordered the wrong size. My email was answered promptly and was able to cancel my order for the wrong size and re-order the correct one.

Update - Sisterhood went over and above to resolve this issue and turned it around in 24 hours. In addition they gave a full explanation of events that led to this confusion. The comms were personal and informal which was very refreshing and I have reviewed my rating to reflect this. I very much appreciate the effort that the team went to here.

My first order with Sisterhood. Ordered a coat for my daughters birthday, because they offer next day delivery. Still not even despatched. They have refunded the next day delivery which is nice, but doesn’t help that I have paid £250 for a coat as a gift that hasn’t arrived and it’s my daughters birthday and 2 days and no idea when it will be sent!!!! They haven’t mentioned that, just refunded the delivery, which doesn’t actually answer the problem! So well done Sisterhood literally money for nothing!

Really disappointed and a bit worried about not having a gift for my daughter!

I really wanted to have a positive experience with this brand, but unfortunately I’ve been left extremely disappointed after an unresolved issue with my order (#52934).

When my parcel arrived, one item was missing (the Clio cardigan in black, size M). I immediately contacted customer service, provided photos, and explained the situation calmly and honestly.

To investigate, the team shared CCTV footage of their warehouse and an internal database extract (which also seemed potentially not GDPR-compliant). While I appreciate the effort to look into the issue, the packing footage was too fast and the angle too unclear to confirm that all five items were placed in the parcel. Despite this, the brand maintained that the item must have been included.

I fully understand that based on their internal information, it appears to them that everything was shipped correctly. But the fact remains: in the parcel I opened, there were only four items. I purchased the Clio cardigan in two colours, I received the brown one, but the black one simply wasn’t there. This means either the parcel was not packed with all five items, or the item somehow disappeared between the moment it left their warehouse (according to CCTV) and the moment it reached me, even though the parcel I opened seemed intact.

I repeatedly explained, in good faith, that the cardigan was missing, yet I was left with no refund, no replacement, and no goodwill gesture, leaving me out of pocket by around €160 for an item I never received. This is not a €30 item; it’s a high-priced piece, and I expected a level of support that matched the value of the products they sell.

What’s most disappointing is that despite my patience, cooperation, and transparency, the situation ended with:
- no resolution,
- no goodwill gesture,
- and an implicit suggestion that the responsibility somehow falls on me, even though I did nothing wrong.

I understand they are a small business, and I genuinely support small brands — that’s why I chose to order from them in the first place. I’m also very pleased with the quality of the items I did receive, which is the reason I’m giving two stars instead of one.

However, as a customer with a job who chose to invest in their products because the brand seemed trustworthy and the quality genuine, I also deserve fair treatment. When something goes wrong, whether during packing, shipping, or at any point in transit, it’s ultimately the brand’s responsibility to investigate fully and support the customer. In this case, I was left with neither the item nor a solution.

I hope the brand reconsiders how they handle these rare but important situations in the future.

Really fast response and super nice email contact. I was too late to return but they were really helpful and understanding. Also, their sweaters are amazing.

After the 72 hour wait for a reply I emailed my complaint multiple times…with no reply .. Sisterhood took the money for goods I ordered .. they then took a second amount from my bank which was unauthorised … and was more money than the original sale …. I am still awaiting a reply …. I want my missing money returned ..

I was skeptical in the beginning as I had not heard of the brand before but it exceeded expectations. Great service, quick to reply and very friendly. The Zoey coat is super warm for how light it is and keeps me dry and stylish in the unpredictable Copenhagen weather. Shout out to Maddie for her help!!

The quality of the dark grey yana trouser I bought (in short leg) in January 2023 are still in such great condition! I am leaving this review because it has last a great lasting impression of the brand. I have bought other trousers before from other slightly more expensive places and they haven't lasted anywhere near as long, especially considering how often I wear them. Would highly recommend!

Maddie and the team were really great in dealing with a query I had over an order. Maddie responded really quickly to my emails. She was very happy to help, with clear and helpful advice. I exchanged the coat and this process was easy and quick. My new coat arrived and I'm so pleased with it!

This is my 3rd time ordering from Sisterhood, I’m always really impressed with the knitwear, compared to similar brands the quality is really lovely and I’m always complimented on my pieces. I had an issue with shipping but received a response within 10 minutes from customer service resolving this. I highly recommend this brand!

I received a defective dress and, despite multiple follow-ups, didn’t get a reply from customer service. Once the issue reached the owner via Trustpilot, the response was quick and professional. I received a full refund without having to return the item, along with a discount code.

Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was fair and considerate, and I appreciated the willingness and care shown to resolve the situation.

I am so incredibly grateful for accidentally coming across this small business. I have bought many items from them where they have been incredibly helpful. They are the kindest people I have come across and understood my struggle to find clothing I feel good in. I took all the items on holiday with me and within the week, I had compliments from so many people on the outfits I have worn which has never happened. I felt so beautiful with all the compliments and it is all because of the amazing help I was given. Thank you so much 🫶🏼

I had high expectations but was really disappointed. I bought a coat for £245. Which I have never spent on a coat, but wanted to treat my self. The coat is so so scratchy, it doesn’t keep me warm at all, it looks almost grey because of the way it’s made with the wool. It’s not comfortable at all. I researched before hand and it said it was comfortable ect. I cut the tag off before I even put it on, as I had such high expectations. But now I am stuck without a coat I can’t wear. :(

Gorgeous clothes, really well made and lovely fabrics. Delivery was quick, and when I exchanged for a different size and asked if it was possible to receive by the weekend they organised a quick turnaround for me - excellent customer service and very quick to reply ! Thank you so much.

Had some queries about a return and how long until I'd receive my refund. Maddie in the customer support team was so helpful and quickly processed my refund! Their replies to emails is so fast. I'll happily purchase from them again! Lovely items and great quality just had to return items due to sizing not quite right!
