Oh my goodness- I am in complete amazement and utter joy at this beautiful item recently purchased - I ordered the Medium Taylor Tote

I have to say, I was expecting a 6-8 out of 10 as I first saw the adverts via social media, but I loved the design and it was just what I was looking for. I cannot begin to tell you how it has surpassed my expectations!

I opened the box that it came is to be surprised again as it had a dust bag to keep it clean - when I opened this - smell of the leather was just intoxicatingly beautiful! I’ve checked it all around - the quality, the stitching has made me think that I have purchased a 10 out of 10 item.

I ordered on Wednesday and item delivered Friday.

Me and my family have shopped with JLR for years. The quality and customer used to be amazing. Sadly it’s gone significantly downhill since their rebrand. I ordered a personalised item in mid October as a friends birthday given. It arrived quickly, however, the personalised tag was terrible quality - the initials were too small, off centre, and the engraving had scratched the leather around the letters. I immediately emailed customer services and received no response for 2 weeks, until I gave a negative review on their automated feedback email. After back and forth it was agreed they would send me a replacement tag. That has taken 3.5 weeks to arrive, with me having to chase customer service on multiple occasions to even get an update. The replacement has arrived today and the quality is ever worse than the last item. I am so disappointed, particularly as we had had such positive experiences prior to the rebrand. JLR is clearly trying to market itself as an up market brand given its prices. The quality does not meet expectations, and the service certainly does not.

Lot of bag for your money. Got it with promotion discount so 2 extra straps for free.
Love the bag it was just what I wanted and looks and feels really good quality.
Came packaged well and in really good time.

I placed an order for an item which was meant to be in stock and was advised it was despatched. After several emails back and forth, the advisor kept reassuring me that item had been sent and I had to be patient. A few days later, I received a voicemail advising that I was given the incorrect information and the item was sold out and a new shipment was arriving. When the item did arrive, again my order was despatched later than initially told. Only for me to receive the item and the quality isn't worth the price, the packaging was inadequate for the item as well. I returned the item and I have now lost £3.99 for the original postage (which the company never offered to refund due to their mishap with delivery timescale) and £3.99 for return postage. All together a terribly negative experience. It goes without saying that I shall not order from them again. I should have read the reviews beforehand. Customer service is suboptimal and the items are overpriced (with the tags saying made in China) when I thought it was made in the UK.

What a joke of company . Ordered a bag for someone's birthday,it came 6 days later than expected,because of them , not the delivery company .
Soon as it arrived ,got it out from the wrap and I seen the bag was scratched so they completely ruin the gift . Wasting my time again to return it .
Shop around and don't trust this company ,they want big money for their items but can't even check properly a bag before they send it to customers.

The only 20% you offered it was from black Friday discount, afterwards you said you can't give another 20% as I already shopped with 20% discount . So yea,that's not quality to me if you send a damaged product.

Ordered bag which is lovely but forgot to order free straps which come with it. Have messaged and emailed company several times with absolutely no response!! Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. Just be aware their customer service isn't up to much.

Paid for a bag I never received.
I placed an order on the 10th November for an item and it didn’t come within a week. I have since sent an email and no one has had the decency to respond. Tracking says it has never been dispatched and I have never received it. Several watsapp messages feel like they are being answered by an AI machine. The last one told me an enquiry was being raised but no confirmation of that or how it would help get me the order. I had ordered this one as a gift for my mums birthday but am currently left £90 out of pocket and with no bag. Save yourselves the hassle and order somewhere else who values your custom. You only have to look at recent reviews to see how bad things are. Office hours are also only mon-thurs 10am to 2pm which is a joke. I’m off to put this on my socials and get in touch with Martin Lewis and the one show and see if they can help!! No one in JLR can!!

I placed an order on the 10th November for an item which isn't personalised. After chasing, I was told that the order was being collected by the courier on the 19th November. It has never been dispatched and I have never received it. There has been no response to a WhatsApp message to their number, asking for tracking details. I had ordered this one as a gift but am currently left £100 out of pocket and with no bag. Such a shame as the bags are lovely but I won't be ordering again, it's too risky.

I love my designer bags but discovered JLR and bought almost all collections now. I am paying good quality bags and I am so pleased. Def recommend!

I am still to receive my item that I paid nearly £100 for. I have contacted JLR and have had no reply. I hope someone sees this from JLR and can rectify this for me.

Ordered 9/11/24. Shopify tracking showed item was going to Evri 11/11/24 and I am still waiting 23/11/24.

The bag arrived on time and beautifully packed. We have only had one outing so I cannot comment on wear and tear just yet.

I have 4 bags, a saddle bag, 2 Carrie bags and a harrow, all bags were perfect but after a few months they start falling apart at the seams, the bags aren’t the cheapest of bags and don’t expect that quality especially when 3 of them have been gifted from my mum, very disappointing

I had been keeping an eye out on the Vegan Taylor tote bag when it went on sale but it had unfortunately sold out by the time pay day arrived. I messaged via WhatsApp and Melissa from JLR was so helpful and explained that the leather version was being released soon. After a few weeks I thought I would just check if any vegan ones had become available and Melissa couldn't have been more helpful and had one personalised and sent out to me within days. I've just placed an order for the new crossbody bag and can't wait to receive it. So far I'm really happy 😊

Worried the vegan options are being phased out, as all bar a couple of designs the bags all seem to be real leather 😕

Awful company their handbags fall apart. I have owned two different ones both of which i had issues with. The second mini tote and come apart twice. I requested a replacement they dont make them anymore (not surprised given the poor quality) i was offered £80 credit towards a 100% range. I took this option paid the extra that i needed and then they told me i owed them another £16 reducing the credit note they offered! They are now refusing to honour the credit and will not expedite my refund after me paying the additional £18.99 this morning. This goes against trading standards.

I would give 100 stars if I could!
I contacted the company via their WhatsApp after the clutch bags I was looking for couldn’t be found on the website.. turns out they were discontinued. I was devastated, but the company agreed to make 5 bags as I requested, Melissa could not be more helpful and even sent a discount code for my first order! Delivered in 2 days, all personalised, in their own boxes, PERFECT! Now all us bridesmaids and the bride have matching clutches for the day. Amazing small business, would recommend to anyone and definitely by again. Thanks Melissa and thanks JLR!🥰

Easy to order the Emerald Croc Tate Top Handle Bag which was delivered quickly. Loving it already, so many handy zip pockets as well as an internal one with matching tassel. It’s been much admired.
