The earrings are perfect

The earrings are perfect ! Love the causal style for a pearl earring and just the right size. Love your gift packaging as well. John Medeiros jewelry stands up over time so well worth it!

Quality has changed

I had been waiting to purchase a new piece of John Medeiros jewelry. I have some well loved older pieces. I didn't find the new piece that I purchased to have the same quality of my older pieces. I like the pendant and necklace, but I do not think it looks like it warrants the price. Does your website carry different quality than in stores? It may be the last piece that I purchase and that is disappointing.

Phone Order vs Tech Order

The woman I spoke with who took my order was lovely. I am nearly 80 and find technology a bit confusing so I telephone in my order. Also the products are beautiful. I wish there was a store close to me. My daughters and I love JM jewelry! The best part was how helpful and patient the saleswoman was on my phone call. She deserves a raise!

great selection of product, always exciting to see new introductions to the jewelry lines, prompt shipping and items never disappoint. Always get compliments when wearing this jewelry. Love the black onyx earrings and bracelet to complement the necklace I purchased last year

Bad online customer service

I received my order quickly and wanted to make an exchange on 1 item because it was too small. I called and left 2 voicemails, sent 2 emails to customer service and still no response. They are specific telling you that refunds can only be accepted within 5 days of receiving the order but they fail to respond to the customer. I love the jewelry but their online service is terrible. Maybe this review will get them to call me.
