Description of earrings was wrong

I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughter in law for her first mothers day. They were beautiful, however the description said clip earring, and it is a stud. She is not able to wear studs due to an ear injury.

I received my earring in two days

I received my earring in two days. They are beautiful.
I purchased other John Medeiros earrings several years ago and they still look like brand new, so I decided to get some more. People always compliment me on my earrings.

Online shopping is so easy

Online shopping is so easy , packaging is superb and shipping is very quick. With that said the craftsmanship on every piece I own is impeccable. Pieces have great detail and are of substantial size . Thank you for creating such beautiful pieces and collections . Just wish the Seahorse earrings were back in production !

Purchased the Beijos in gold at a great store, Primavera, I love these earrings, first pair tarnished; not sure why?! My brother inquired about them, did not hear back; but I’m tenacious. Decided to do a Google search, found them on your site; purchased two pairs! I’m elated!
