John Downs Arvostelua

You told me I was choosing the wrong header tape and you were right!

This company has one of the best websites I’ve used. It is very easy to negotiate. Thanks for the advice over the phone. Very friendly and helpful. I’ve never written a review before but felt like it deserved a good one. Good prices and good delivery. I will definitely use again thanks

Good value for money and the goods arrived swiftly and are of the highest quality. Very pleased and will certainly purchase from John Downs again.

The only company to supply exactly what I needed in pinch pleat header tape. Provided all the necessary information as to how to work out my requirements. Easy order process and quick delivery. Would highly recommend this company.

Easy to order, quick and safe delivery, good quality rufflette tape and sewing thread at a reasonable price.
John Downs supply first class items of haberdashery.

I’ve been buying supplies from John Downs for years now and have never had anything but excellent service.
Everyone I’ve dealt with is very helpful, knowledgable and always really friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!

The web site was very clear to understand with the detailed description of goods. I ordered over the bank holiday weekend so didn’t expect immediate progress with the order. Once the bank holiday was over my order was completed asap. I would use this company again as they have an excellent selection of curtain accessories. The hand written thank you gave a personal touch.

arrived in good time

Super speedy friendly service and the product quality was exceptional!

Prompt efficient service.
However the delivery was poor as roll of lining was left on front doorstep in poor weather.

Great service and quick. I made a mistake in my order and contacted JDs and they were very helpful, adding my second order to the first, and because I had paid for postage on the 2nd order they worked it out and put some thread in my order to make up the difference. Service unheard of in our current climate. Thanks a million. Oh and the product was just the job! Thanks to all at JDs.

Excellent service. A+

A great product with good customer service.

Brilliant service received from John Downs. They sent out my order super fast and even called me to confirm that they would which helped me manage my project so their help and great service was very much appreciated. I'll definitely be back and have told my friends about you. Thank you.
