Excellent service and speedy delivery
I ordered 1 metre of thermal curtain lining for a patchwork project, so not an expensive purchase at all. I really didn’t expect delivery so fast due to the mail strike so couldn’t believe how quickly it came. Really excellent

Quite outstanding!
The personal note - handwritten - on both the sample and the order was a touch of 'old fashioned' service.

Such a Relief!
I'm so glad that I found John Downs on the internet, when searching with little result for thermal curtain lining which was not "blackout". John Downs promptly sent me a sample with a friendly note, then fulfilled my order similarly. They have everything you'll ever need for making your own curtains.
Efficient, friendly, cost-effective and a real find! Thank you!
