Better then expected

Order an Electronic Iron Man MK 5 Helmet it arrived very quick in great condition I love❤️it and so does my Son but I’m keeping it. I am also going to buy the War Machine out fit cosplay, Thank You for everything, I’ll be referring everyone I know where to buy.

The MK5 helmet I have now is exceptional. It took longer than expected to arrive (around 3 months), and the first shipment I got did not transform well. They were helpful with troubleshooting, transparent on email updates on helmet status and replaced it sufficiently

On top of cost and shipping fees, I had to pay for the import tax which was not disclosed during the purchase process, so an extra $40 was pretty unexpected. Then the item arrived with the base damaged. Disappointing experience across the board, will not be using Joetoys again.

The best experience and product I could ask for.

The product arrived on time but was damaged (imperfections in the paint). I sent an email with pictures of the damage asking how to go about getting it fixed but Joytoyss has failed to respond.

Incredible Costume and Customer Service experience

There's no padding in the helmet it's very uncomfortable, the gloves are tiny and I had to pay an additional $35 for UPS to drop it off for shipping. Just include that in the upfront price.

The suit came out perfect. The ordering process was simple and the communication on its status helped with the anticipation. Shipping was quick and it was packaged nicely in two boxes.

Amazing people who helped me get my helmet in time for my event. The quality is good and all is as expected.

For the price I was expecting a little more. Granted the total cost was $800 including duty which is a good $700 - $1,000 below normal full Dark Knight suits. But $749 is still nothing to sniff at. Beyond the mesh suit and mask I am having to replace the chest piece and bracers because the look isn't quite there. The molds are too bulky and stick out too far. While they may look fine on someone with a smaller frame they look silly on me. I will still tag JoeToys as makers of the suit, mask and cape.

Don’t get me wrong, this is a very cool product. I did however have some issues. The advertised shipping time was 3 to 4 weeks, it took 11 weeks in total for me to receive the helmet. When I did receive the helmet, two of the servo motors to lift the face mask were inoperable, so the mask only lifted halfway up. I will say, after reaching out to the team at Joe’s toys, they sent me two new servo motors free of charge. Those arrived in just one week, they said they would send an instructional video on how to install the servo motors, however, they did not. Luckily, it wasn’t too hard to install myself so the helmet is now operational. All in all, not the end of the world, but certainly not a flawless experience, definitely worth the purchase all things considered.

Shipping took a while but the product was of excellent quality and was definitely worth the wait!
