I have purchased several costumes from this site. They are all high quality items, and have arrived exactly as advertised, and on time. The customer service is outstanding. They are prompt with responses, and eager to make sure you get the size and product you want.

Receiving a confirmation email of my order to make sure I ordered the right size and the delivery address was correct. The product beibg made when I ordered it. Tracking information provided. A good quality product.

My costume finally arrived last week and the quality was very excellent! I had concerns about sizing being correct as I usually have to have things customized to my exact measurements when ordering from overseas. However, that was not a problem this time. The Force was with me. The costume fit well, even the boots were a perfect fit. The shirt was a little snug in the neck, but that may loosen up a bit once it's stretched from wearing a few times. This was one of those rare times where the sizing actually was on target. Now, the only small complaint I have was that three of the plastic temple keys for the Jedi Temple Guard costume apparently were broken during transit. I was able to sort of fix them using an industrial epoxy. And may upgrade to metal keys at a later date. My suggestion for the temple keys would be to pack them in a smaller box with mini air cushions to prevent breakage during transit. Aside from that small issue, I was very pleased with my order and look forward to wearing the costume in the near future!

Despite not receiving my entire order, everything else was great! The customer service was prompt, kind, and upfront when issues arose; because of this, I was able to get an alternative in time and got a partial refund for what I didn't receive. The quality of the footwear I did get is very impressive, too! It looks just like the product listing. I plan to continue shopping here for cosplay footwear in the future, but I am slightly wary of ordering cosplay outfits on short notice now.

Just received my costume and WOW! The quality and service is just unbeatable with these guys, the suit fits amazingly is super comfortable and pops so much! This is my fourth costume bought from these guys and was beyond touched when I received a letter thanking me for supporting their business. Will always buy costumes from Unibuy plus absolutely outstanding service. Would definitely reccomend buying the additional mask with this costume as it makes it look 100x better, thanks again Unibuy!

Placed my order. Product was sent in great time and once it arrived the quality was fantastic. Only thing wrong was that they sent the wrong size but once I told them, they sent me the correct size costume really quickly, didn't charge me anything, and told me to keep the first one as well. Very happy with the customer service they offer and the great selection on the website. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

The item (Men's Boots) arrived just as they were ordered online. They fit perfectly and they go well with a Cosplay Costume Outfit that was pre-selected from Amazon. These boots are very strong and well made with exemplary detailing. I had paid for a bunch of customizations that never got added. I probably wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

As a starter costume at a reasonable price. This product and I'm sure the rest of the fine costumes on echo the quality of the Jedi Temple Guard costume.

I was sceptical buying at first but the excellent customer service and interaction, won me over and the product very well packed and great quality of materials used and sinis the stitching etc. if you want a great costume on a reasonable budget. Unibuyplus is you go to to buy from.. I know I'll be back

The costume quality is good for the price, very stretchy and allows for great amount of movement, the only problem I had was that the genital zipper was a bit too obvious, and the glued on soles didn't last long. Overall it is a good bang for your buck.

To start off the price and quality of the costume I ordered was really impressive. The team made sure to contact me and talk about sizing to make sure I ordered the correct size for me. I accidentally ended up ordering boots that were too large and they immediately resolved my issue without and hassle. Great product and great customer support, highly recommend

The quality of the costume (materials and fit) was very good. However the matching boots were a half size too large. I reached out to customer service and after some back and forth emails the finally offered to send a second pair of boots at a reduced rate rather than exchanging for the correct size. Double check your sizing because customer service is a mixed bag. For the shoes you might want to consider sizing down.
