Be SHL assessment ready
I was preparing for an upcoming airline apprentice engineering aptitude, numerical and behavioural assessments via the SHL platform. I found it to be very similar in format, and questions and choices of answer, as to the SHL talent central assessment they sent me. It gave me the confidence to learn, approach and attempt the assessments with absolute confidence. I'd highly recommend to anyone pursuing a similar Apprenticeship opportunity to help you prepare for your assessments.

Personal opinion on the assessment videos
Their tutors and the You tube videos are amazing, the explanation and the reasoning part is straight to the point without unnecessary talks which usually lengthens the video.

Highly recommended
Very useful; it is the most extensive set of practice resources for the general ability interactive SHL test I could find. The tests seem to simulate pretty accurately the sample test provided by SHL and the level of difficulty is quite high (unless I am not good enough to pass the actual test and that is why I find them difficult; we'll see! :))

CritiTest prep - has issues / not worth it
The CritiTest prep was not worth it. They had map reading practice questions that had no real correct answers (like question 2 on practice exam #2) The prep they had where they read letters/numbers for memory recall uses an AI voice. You can tell its AI cause it talks so quickly it says another letter/number before finishing the previous letter/number. Basically its faster than a number could ever speak in real life - so it was useless for my needs.
