Prepterminal Instruction Arvostelua

This helped me pass my test for TSA! Definitely helped with understanding 2D to 3D which was the hardest of the tests and I aced it after understanding the patterns! I highly recommend them!

Tried to get a refund. They never responded or refunded me.

I purchased PrepTerminal for test preparation and requested a full refund within their advertised 7-day money-back guarantee window (Order #185463). I submitted the request through both their online contact form. It has now been over a week without any reply from customer support or confirmation of my refund. Their guarantee policy is not being honored in a timely manner.

Great tool… helps understand concepts and practical to use for the federal test. I easily passed…

Prepterminal is the only Study resourc towards the Real Test. So Practice again and again to Pass the real Test..... It's Real Helpful towards the Real Test.....

taking course of criticall for 911 dispatch training. i need videos explaining how to prepare for the test rather than just explaining in text. i cant see answers for the sample map questions. need video training and answers explaining how to answer voice to text answers in call. and more needed. I haven't completed the course yet. not letting me submit reviews on the website. also help and chatbot is not working in the website to connect to customer support agents. even the contact page which have option to inform what's wrong with the website is not loading or not letting me to submit the complaint.

I paid for the course to have an immediate access , 2 days after i have no classes or courses to access and no phone numbers to call. Sent online message and no answer till now 3 days

Scam, like the other person below said. Prepterminal took my money and did not send my course. I purchased the $80 TSA course and my profile shows no course or order. They do not respond back when emailed. Filling a charge back. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the FireTEAM Test Prep and was immediately disappointed. The practice multiple-choice question format was not at all in line with the actual FireTEAM test format (eg. bizarrely, for example, "Pick the best and the worst answers"). The video quizzes were cheaply-created Clipart cartoons with unclear visuals and voiceovers. I requested a refund within minutes, as I knew further practise would be counterproductive to my studies. Neither a response nor refund ever appeared more than a month on. Potential buyers, avoid at all cost!

Scam, I rate this site as a 0. Prepterminal took my money immediately and did not send my course. I purchased the $80 TSA course and my profile shows no course or order. When I clicked the link sent to me, “click here to access your course: TSA CBT Quickpass” it just opened to their website, telling me to buy a course again… complete SCAM. There is also no number or customer service to call for a refund.

My primary concern lies in the 2D to 3D folding process. I have encountered two instances that are inherently impossible to fold, suggesting potential errors in the test methodology. Additionally, it is unsatisfactory that the numerical values do not align precisely with their corresponding flaps, rendering the test inaccurate.

The connect the dots, the dots cover the numbers.

I’m curious to compare these tests to official TSO tests.

The curriculum for the TSA Officer test was good. The curriculum did prepare me for the test and I did pass. The actual test took me 25 minutes where 45 minutes is the allotted time. So, it also helped me to move through the test quickly. There were a few mistakes with Prepterminal scoring where it was obvious that the correct answer was being scored as an incorrect answer. I practiced for two weeks about an hour each day and got progressively better. I was scoring about 95% on the Prepterminal curriculum towards the end of the two weeks. In the first few days of working with the curriculum I was lucky to get a 50% score. The Prepterminal TSA test was much more difficult than the actual proctored test. I’m glad I prepared and would recommend Prepterminal.

The experience was great it taught me all the information I needed. It broke down each module to explain the knowledge I would need to know. Also the practice formats and real life examinations helped me to prepare for when I took my actual exam.

Great content, easy to use, nothing tk complain about

The TSA CBT Prep Course on Preterminal was very comprehensive, but easy to use. I was able to pass the test the first time. It was very helpful, highly recommned!

Garbage. Their Wonderlic test prep course is riddled with spelling mistakes and their pre-practice test has answers that don’t even relate to the questions along with some that are incorrect. If you try to reach out with any questions, you don’t hear a thing back. There are other prep courses out there that won’t steal your money for a trash product that you don’t even get to keep, it expires in 6 months or so.

I am writing to share my success after using PrepTerminal preparation materials for the TSA Transportation Security Officer.

After researching various options, I chose c’s one-month access to their TSA Test QuickPass™ - TSA CBT Test Prep Course to prepare for the updated exam. PrepTerminal’s curriculum thoroughly covered all the necessary material and provided excellent preparation. Thanks to the TSA Test QuickPass™ - TSA CBT Test Prep Course program, I passed the test easily and received my Tentative Job Offer the following day.

Thank you PrepTerminal for providing such an effective resource.

Using the CritiCall QuickPass training to prep for the test was essential for me. It was very thorough and had many practice tests that I could take over and over to get comfortable with the material. I did, unfortunately, find a couple of areas that were wrong or incomplete but that didn't hinder my studies, after I figured it out. I haven't taken my actual CritiCall test yet, but I definitely feel much more prepared and confident.

I signed up with this company to test for 911 operator. I had an unforeseen medical emergency with a family member and was unable to even begin. I sent 3 emails with no reply to pls cancel and refund my money. Its a shame that there is no phone numbers only emails and no one to respond. Shame on this company for poor customer service....
