I had a warranty issue with my SUP YARRA 10.6 (the seam had com undone). I received quick, friendly and competent feedback from start to finish. Communication with the JOBE team especially with Victor was very pleasant. After I submitted a video clearly showing where the air was leaking, JOBE immediately honored the warranty and also promptly shipped a new SUP. 48 hours later the new SUP was delivered. I'm very happy and very grateful for this great service.

**Update**
I contacted Victor as per his response to this. He asked for pictures and a warranty claim to be sent over for each board. Very quickly he responded to advise he was shipping 2 replacement boards and a couple of free gifts by DHL. These have arrived and I am very happy with the response Jobe had to my issues. It took less than 1 week to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. I thought it was only correct to share this given the unfortunate issues I experience with the SUP's and how well Victor resolved this.

Completely disappointed with the Jobe Leona SUPS we purchased at the UK dinghy show. They have only been used 5 or 6 times and never left out in the sun. When not in use they are packed into their bags and always washed off with tap water after use. The first exploded and split a seam where clearly the manufacturing process was not good as the overlap was smaller than the rest of the board. Jobe customer service were emailed and not interested and could not suggest a repair shop. The repair kit with the board would not help with a split seam about 5 inches long. The second board has even more issues with the center handle coming un-stuck and the fin cover coming un-stuck. I thought at the price I was buying 2 quality SUPs and Jobe would be a good company for assistance should any issues arise. Could not have been further from the truth. I should have purchased much cheaper boards like my friends. Who have used theirs more and they are still like new. I can't recommend anything about Jobe as my experience is they seem to charge top prices for inferior poorly manufactured products. The only good thing has been the bags. These will be useful to put the boards out for trash. Nearly 1000.00gbp down the drain. Looks like the good reviews are from people with 1 review - go figure!

Update - after contact with victor from customer services the airstream was replaced. Very happy with the product, this seems to be an unfortunate small manufacturing defect.

Air stream 2p ordered. On first use noticed that the outer case had a small hole in it. Submitted a warranty claim which was subsequently denied suggesting that the damage had been caused by “Bumping” into something. Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on. Recommend inspecting anything purchased from this company or avoid

Bought 2 Yarra 10’6 boards last year. These are totally amazing products, well built, stable and come with all accessories and a bag you can carry it I . These are the best buy for a family as they accommodate range of body weight which ensures safety and stability for all of us. My husband is much bigger than me but we can all use the boards. The customer service is absolutely exceptional. One of the boards developed a faulty and the customer service kept in daily communication. Once they had all necessary information they responded within the hour to advise they were replacing my board in line with the warranty agreement.The board arrived 24 hrs later. We are so grateful for the very exceptional service we have received. They couldn’t have been more helpful. My sister has also bought 2 boards- it’s definitely worth the investment! We take them on holiday but also use locally as often as possible and every time we go out for the day- it feels like we’ve had another holiday!!! Definitely recommend this product and company!

Gerade eine besondere Erfahrung mit dem Service gehabt. Das Board jobe duna knallte mit einem 1m Riß an unserem Wohnmobil. Dachte erst es liegt an einem danebenliegen Mistral Board. Typisch 2 Jahre 3 Monate alt.
Meldete es Jobe und nach 2 Stunden war das neue Board auf Gewährleistung unterwegs.
Da war ich total verblüfft.

Werden daher unseren beiden Söhnen jeweils ein Jobe Board kaufen. Obwohl teurer als andere, jedoch bei dem Service.

Ik heb een short wetsuit gekocht om in te zwemmen. Informatie op de website was duidelijk en de maat tabel bleek accuraat want het pak dat ik besteld heb paste perfect.
Mooie kwaliteit en het houdt me echt warm tijdens lange zwemtocht in buitenwater.
Levering 2 dagen na bestelling, dus lekker snel.

Los productos que venden son de calidad pero tiene varios graves problemas. El primero es el tallaje, dan una talla mucho menor a lo indicado en su web por lo que si lo pides online, es probable que tengas que devolverlo y ahí viene la segunda sorpresa, en el proceso de compra, no lo indica en ningún lado a no ser que vayas directamente a esos puntos que por desgracia, no vas a no ser que tengas problemas y te toca realizar la devolución a ti y encima es a Países Bajos, así que si compras chaleco de 80€ y tienes que devolverla, pues te toca pagar 20-35€

Nach 4,5 Jahren hatten wir einen Defekt an einem der tollen Boards von Jobe, mit Garantie von 5 Jahren. Ein gleichwertiger Ersatz wurde unbürokratisch, rasch und freundlich gewährt.
So geht das! Da können sich andere Firmen was abschauen!

Bei meinem Board haben sich Blasen auf der Oberseite gebildet. Ohne irgendwelche Probleme habe ich in kürzester Zeit ein neues Board geschickt bekommen. So schnell und unkompliziert lief eine Beanstandung noch nie ab! Es lohnt sich also doch noch, Qualität zu kaufen!
