Dangerously designed chairs, cheap material and lack of quality control. Squeaky, noisy and not comfortable. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY and don't buy any of the chairs.

overall experience with Jmall.co.uk was good. they didn't have my chair so upgraded me free of charge and sent it out within the day. 3 days later I received the product. took me about 30 mins to assemble and the instructions were easy and simple. build quality is good for the money you pay.
I decided to go to an office chair. comfy with a good articulation of the backrest. gaming chairs are like racecar seats so expect that. you're sitting in an office or at a pc for hours at a time, not smashing it round bends at 85mph. you do need a light chair that hugs you. definitely recommend the office chairs.

Terrible product and customer service (JMALL)
Bought the chair in May actual parts are of poor quality.
Seat cushion sagged within 2 weeks (i weigh 92KG).
Back rest/side mechanism became faulty by August, raised this with them which they didnt respond to. i subsequently complained to paypal and raised a dispute.
They started to respond and eventually agreed to send replacement parts. Once the 30 days of dispute with PayPal was over i started to get delays and apologies from them that they couldn't send a replacemnt chair or parts.
I then couldn't escalate back to paypal either.
Since then i have contacted them every few weeks and they keep saying end of the month parts will be sent.
i have subsequently thrown the chair out and will never buy from this company again.
