Absolute bad quality products at excessive price. Colour of my chairs footing is gone from gold to silver..

And now they are out of business.

Thieves!... taking orders from countless folk with no intention of providing the goods! Absolutely disgusting!

Utter thieves! Like so many folks here, money taken knowing full well goods wouldn’t be forthcoming. We probably won’t get refunded now having made our payment by debt card.

Absolutely awful, took my £190 pounds then the next day you ceased trading, I had to wait weeks to claim my money back from PayPal

Terrible.
Never received the chair.
Haven't got a refund either.
Apparently the company has gone out of business.

The company stopped trading after my order. They did not deliver my product

Capital Dining Chairs & Upholstery did not deliver anything, they were supposed to have delivered the ordered dining chairs within 3 days, infact when I went to clicked on their link in the electronic invoice I got a message saying the following :

"Due to sudden unforeseen sever circumstances, Capital Dining Chairs has ceased trading. If you are awaiting a refund or order, your payments are protected. Please contact your card issuer or Pay Pal for your refund. We sincerely apologise to all our customers and friends at this difficult time for any inconvenience this has caused."

This is not an organisation to trust in any shape or form, I paid for the chairs on the 17th of June and on the 20th of June they had ceased trading, they clearly knew that they were about to cease trading and still they took money and orders from people.

I sincerely hope the individuals who continued to take peoples money are dealt with in the harshest way possible. They certainly should not be allowed to run any kind of business when they behave like this.

My Card provider have reimbursed me, pending confirmation that Capital Dining Chairs has indeed ceased trading, if it turns out that they have not ceased trading then my card provider will take back the refund and I will be out of pocket for the sum of £510.00.

Goods never received. Website now states they are out of business and I should claim a refund from my bank. A bunch of thieves!

The company no longer trades and we have not received our chairs or been given a refund

Ordered on a Thursday and on Friday the website said it was closed down. Still waiting for refund

Paid for a dining table then received notification the business is no longer trading but not had a refund still. Hoping PayPal will refund the amount!!! Avoid at all costs.

Amazing what a nerve to get this email to review them, after they took my money, promised a delivery date, and then when I check to see where my order was the website states company ceased trading.
They must have know I was not going to get my order before taking the money.
Now I have to wait to get a refund.

Purchase did not arrive. Message on website says company no longer trading. Really annoying as we paid up front and now need to fight for a refund. Do not buy from this company

Didn’t get chairs took order chased order several times given more than one excuse as to why order wasn’t delivered in time frame i.e.lost by FedEx told would despatch replacements still no chairs chased again telephone/emails not answered week later ceased trading!

Had previously order swatches for the dining chairs and since they seemed to one of the best priced, I eventually bit the bullet and order 4 dining chairs £356 worth. They said they would be in touch with delivery date as they were coming straight from the manufacturers. A couple of weeks passed and nothing. So I decided to go online and check on the status of my order… only to be met with a notice on the website saying that this company has ceased trading. I paid by payment so my money should be covered. I put in my claim last week and haven’t heard back yet.
Because I have opened a dispute, PayPal have forwarded my emails to Capital Dining even tho I’ve said there is no one there to receive them!!! Waiting game until I’m refunded.
