I’ve been shopping here since their inception & they’ve really done a good job upgrading their pieces and are very intentional about it. The quality is top-notch and shipping is pretty quick.

I still have their white fuzzy that I purchased from them in 2017 and I still wear them to this day. No lie lol. Oh, & I recently bought the iridescent blue top and I was flooredddddd when I tried it on! I can’t wait to wear it!!!

The only thing I’ll say is if you’re petite like me (5’3, 130), I find the majority of the pants being too long, although I guess I could do a better job with always checking the length description. However, it’ll be helpful to have an exclusive petite section, too.

I was very disappointed in your exchange policy. I received a discount off my order. I love the outfit but right now I’m in between sizes so ordering the right size is a hit and miss. When I wanted to exchange my outfits for the right size JLUXLABEL no longer wanted to honor the discount I received and wanted me to pay the discount difference in order to exchange. I opted to just return my order with inflation and prices already being high everywhere else saving is a huge deal to me and it’s the principal.
