Just made my first purchase from Lebo’s. Bloch Leo Giordano black & white spectator taps. I was not completely comfortable buying tap shoes without trying them on, and after consultation with Bloch, ordered the recommended size8. Unfortunately, I needed the 7 1/2 (all size 7 feet are not the same!), so I ordered the 7 1/2 and spoke to Lebo’s about the possibility of returning the size 8s. I had not danced in them other than trying them on. Lebo’s very kindly accepted the return and refunded the price immediately. Also, both orders shipped very quickly. Best of all, the customer service person I spoke to was very helpful and nice. Not very common these days! I would highly recommend them, and now I’m going back to their website to find other goodies I can’t live without!

The good people of Lebo’s provided me with the best customer service experience. Honest. Accurate. Fast. The phrase “above and beyond” gets thrown around. But Lebo’s sets the standard. I have a new favorite western wear store. And that western wear store is Lebo’s.

Terrible.
I ordered a pair of slip on shoes before my double mastectomy. I needed slip on shoes to leave the hospital.
I revived a confirmation on my order and 2 weeks later I never received my shoes. I checked online to see if the shoes had shipped yet. My account showed that I had no orders placed. I called the online number & left a message. When I received a call back they said oh, we canceled that order. I asked why. She said they never had the shoes. I said why wouldn’t you send an email letting me know. She said I don’t know, we just didn’t. She was very rude & extremely unprofessional. I will never use this store again. Beware.

Lebo's offers a decent variety of shoes at fair prices. The layout is okay, but it can be a bit cluttered. Customer service is friendly, though not always super helpful. Overall, a solid choice if you're in a hurry!

The item was perfect and the shopping experience was great as well...reason why I am giving three strars is because I had free shipping with my purchase, but I decided to pay additional $30 for expedited shipping to make sure I got the item on time for what they were purchased for, making sure I had mple time to get them...they said it had shipped immediately but instead these were stalled for 4 days waiting to be picked up. I would've sticked with the free shipping option if the outcome would've been the same. Now I am $30 more than what I needed to pay for these and still they never made on time for my trip, so now I have these brand new great winter boots sitting in a box.
