I'm still waiting on my purchase to be delivered and have had no communication from j.luxe.fit at all to explain or advise of any delay!

Returned 2 sports bras and was told i wasn’t able to have a refund due to some very small deodorant marks that I hadn’t noticed when packaging them up. When I queried this, I was told items should be tried on fresh out of the shower and they would need to be sent back to me. Funnily enough, an influencer who received some items (for free no doubt) commented in one of their posts recently that they had got deodorant on their sports bra too when trying it on. Seems I’m not the only one and it’s a very poor excuse for not providing a refund!

Great products, great service, quick delivery

I ordered the dress, skort, sports bra and t-shirt. I am delighted with everything. The feel and quality of the material is really nice. The sizing is good and the clothes are really flattering. I'm pretty sure the dress and skort are going to help me improve my tennis skills 🤣

Fantastic quality items, created with all shapes and sizes are the core. The items are super soft and buttery. All items are well priced, especially considering the quality. I have purchased so many items including leggings, tops, socks, sports bras etc.

I have not had to return any items so can’t comment on the returns process.

Haven’t had my order

Ordered a few things from here. And they always come quickly. And they're the best leggings I've ever bought. Worth paying a bit more for as I'm plus size and don't even know I'm wearing them. So buttery and comfy. Great quality and would definitely recommend.

The leggings,sports bra and jacket I bought are amazing. They fit great and are such luxurious material. They don’t roll down and are perfectly squat proof.
I loved them so much I convinced my friend to buy the same items. Absolutely fantastic gym wear.

Good quality material and well made, but disappointed the fit isn't right. It digs into and rubs my armpits even when just trying it on, so I haven't worn past that. Looked at returning the item but I would be charged to do so meaning I'd be better off selling privately as a new with labels item. Wouldn't buy anything else from here again.

J Luxe make it so easy to order their items & it comes really quickly too. Often before 3 days & definitely well before 5!

Shipping and shopping experience was great. Items - bra review - sides appear to cover more than actually do and the elastic underneath could be tighter. Also the padding is small for large busted women. Legging review. Love the feel of the material. However the waist keeps rolling, fits every where else. Hoping if I loose a few pounds that maybe it won’t roll and I am going to try tightening elastic on bra. Was hopeful but not sure at this time.

Very comfortable, lovely fabric. Excellent quality. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Great fit, comfortable. They do a long leg which is great. Just a little bit expensive if you want to get a few pairs

I purchased some leggings. When the leggings arrived they did not fit as they were too big and too long. I asked for a refund and was told a refund could not be issued as the leggings had been reduced in price. Other clothing retailers including smaller online brands who have reduced the price can issue a refund so JLUXE should also be able to give a refund. Do not buy from this company. Terrible horrendous customer service

A great small business! I have purchased several Leggings, Flares and the coat and they are so comfortable and soft! They look flattering, love them ❤️. Always sent out quickly after ordering so very efficient, and as a small business go above and beyond.
Will definitely be getting some other bits.

This coat, is absolutely amazing, so comfy and warm and the material is so fluffy and soft in the hood, first purchase from this company and will definitely be buying more as the quality is superb, well worth the money, and got a nice little discount for my first order as a newbie to the site!
