I did have an issue with customer service, but it was taken care of by a wonderful customer service team. The products really are top quality. Her prices are also reasonable, but her sales are one of the best, when it comes to skincare. When I wrote this review I was able to pause my delivery for at least 6 months and I was thankful for the great customer service. However, I just received a new box today and was charged $200+ for an order I should have not received. Hopefully, this was an error and can be corrected asap.
