DO NOT order from this website. Total SCAM - difficult to work with, website and app barely work. I never received products I paid for, I called customer service and chatted twice and the only resent the same thing and still did not receive what I paid for. Their customer service email I also tried is “not monitored”. They would not refund the money I paid for product never received. The app didn’t work when I went to cancel all the subscriptions so I had to chat again and it took 10 minutes to get them to finally cancel. Total scam and terrible way to run a business! I’m not too sure about the body stuff
I’m not too sure about the body stuff. I usually use baby oil after showering but before drying, then use baby lotion. Using the JLo trio didn’t leave my skin as soft. I’m going to try it a couple times a week and see if I feel different about it but as of now, I’m not impressed and glad I got everything on sale. The face serums and creams are wonderful and I use them daily. Guess I was expecting more with this new line of products.

Difference in quality - sample vs fullsize
I really loved the sample size kit. I could clearly see a difference because of which I went ahead and subscribed for the full-size. Felt super disappointed with the full size as I felt it wasn’t doing anything , but obviously I have run out of the return window.
