I bought my brass door furniture over the telephone and the lady who answered the phone could not have been more helpful and intelligent. She knew the answer to all of my questions, she knew how to measure my very large and awkward sized letterbox and she was helpful with the whole process. The items when they came (letterbox, Doctor's knocker, two large door knobs) were fabulous. thank you

The wall lights are bespoke.
The wall lights are bespoke and just what we were looking for. Very good quality and lovely shades.
Their customer service was excellent. I initially had a problem with the delivery but that was the fault of the carrier.,Jim Lawrence quickly resolved the issue. Very happy with the products.

Good service & quality products fairly priced
Good experience & know how in Pimlico Rd shop helped me shortlist wall lights. Order process was straight forward & the price differential for the fabric we chose was thankfully minimal. Shades arrived within a week vs 'up to 4 weeks' I'd expected.
We have yet to have lights installed but are hopeful they'll be a success
