Still waiting on a return label

I placed an order, it arrived 3 days after the promised date. I was told I could cancel if it wasn’t delivered on time. At this point I’ve been waiting a whole month to get a return label. There is no way to reach them, it takes days for the chat to reply and they never assist with a request.. do no order from this company in a pinch.. you won’t receive on time and they will not assist with a return

The prints I ordered were late and they…

The prints I ordered were late and they were the wrong color! I tried to return them for a replacement and you would NOT allow me to. You did the first set correctly and all I did was click buy again for the exact same thing and this time you sent my prints in a yellow not the Vegas gold it was supposed to be! So I had some pissed off customers and I’m out all that money!!!

Several shirts were sent dirty

Several shirts were sent dirty. They asked for photos, which I sent. When the replacement shirts came, they were not all safety yellow (which is what I sent photos of). 2 were safety yellow and 2 were gray. I reached out again. They requested photos, which I sent. I never heard back from them, and they did not send the correct colored shirts.
