Always legit

On the website, it tells you it’ll be delivered tomorrow and then you don’t get it for four days. Amount of times I picked Jiffy because they’re quick, but lately they have not been quick at all.

Always has what I need. Always delivered on time.

The design came out great. It ironed on easily. The design was a little smaller than I expected and the design had some sort of overspray that transferred to the shirt and looked like a smudge.

A delay in shipping had me stressing, but they did arrive on time. Easy transaction.

My order is lost 2761013941 box 1 of 2 . Your UPS dropped off at wrong address . Please send my replacements ASAP at the correct address : 35-43 32 Street, Astoria NY 11106. I already filled a report on , when should I spect my replacements ? Is a emergency and your delivery UPS screwed me over !

Customer Support is amazing! If you ever have a problem it is handled immediately.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed With the Customer Service

I have ordered from Jiffy multiple times, but unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. I had an issue with my order and reached out by email for assistance, expecting someone from customer service to respond and help resolve the problem.

After waiting an entire day, I still received no reply, update, or acknowledgment of my email. As a business owner, I depend on receiving my prints on time so I can meet deadlines for my customers. Because I could not get a response from Jiffy, I was forced to go somewhere else and purchase the prints again just to complete my customer’s order on time. This resulted in additional expense, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.

The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. When a customer has a problem with an order, especially one that affects a deadline, there should be a timely response.

I have spent money with Jiffy and expected much better customer service. Based on this experience, I can only give 1 star. I hope Jiffy improves its response time and customer support because customers should not have to purchase the same products elsewhere simply because they cannot get assistance with an existing order.

The quality was pretty damn good of the dtf print and loved the feel of how the print melted into the fabric loved the way it’s not overly glossy but not completely matte and how it does not feel heavy on the shirt

My package was lost and yall replaced the hole order.

I love ordering from Jiffy. Good quality & fast shipping. The only thing they could do better with is honoring the coupons they offer. I have never had a code work. It always says unavailable. I have been loyal ordering for a long time
