The products were good. Mail time quick. Overall very happy.

Any time I've ordered the wrong thing jiffy has been more than accommodating in rectifying the issue. Always let me keep the shirts and given a full refund or store credit. They also ship orders expeditiously!

Been using jiffy for all my blank shirts. Site is easy, very quick to ship. Been great to us. However, the last 2 orders some things have been getting noticed or found. We have encountered not true to size shirts! I have had some clients complain of this, so I tried my self, and they are correct. Different color of the same brand and model shirt should not change sizing. Also, I’ve been finding more damaged shirts, could be threading, off centered neck hole, permanent creases on shirts, discoloration too. I now have to thoroughly check my garments when they arrive!

First time ordering and happy with the product and the process

Could be me but this batch wasn't as clear and clean as my last few orders. Still easy to apply and presses nicely. Veryyyy happy it came FAST!

Shipping is always great. We did have a couple boxes that had a funny smell to the shirts. The boxes must of got damp and left a wierd smell on the shirts. This has happened now twice with the orange shirts we ordered recently.

I paid for all of my transfers to be cut, none of them where cut. My ordered was delayed and then arrived separately days a part. 2 of the images where blurry and not even correct. I wrote a email and still have not been contacted or refunded for the extra money I paid to have things done that did not get done. First time ordering and the last.

One thing though. I ordered some black shirts by mistake last week. I ordered a return but still haven’t received my return authorization. (I already ordered the white replacement ts for the six black I need to return. How do I return the six black shirts?

Easy to design my stickers, shipping was quick, and the pproduct looked fantastic.

I really wish there were a better way to handle orders that are split into multiple shipments. Having one order arrive in four separate shipments makes things extremely difficult, especially when you run a busy business. I’m constantly having to go back, look up tracking information, and figure out what items are in which shipment and what I’m still waiting on.
The biggest frustration is that I’ve had products arrive after I was already ready to return the order. Because I’m still waiting on another shipment to arrive, it delays the return process and can leave me stuck with merchandise I no longer need or intended to return.
I order frequently for my business, and I simply don’t have time to keep tracking down four different shipments for one order. I would really like to see orders shipped together whenever possible, or at the very least, a much clearer and easier way to see exactly what is coming in each shipment and when.

Shirts are good quality and shipping was quick.

We are having a horrible time recently for my orders to get delivered to me. I had an order completely lost and Thank you Jiffy for resubmitting the order so I could get my orders completed. Well I have again not received my UV DTF order - that of course is also for an order. I claimed through fedex and there is a ticket open. The photo shows delivery somewhere that isn’t me. I still haven’t heard anything but need my UV DTF order. Please help. I messaged jiffy through chat and haven’t heard back yet.

I order from jiffy a lot. I usually get blanks and standard transfers. I love the quality, price and quick shipping.

This time I tried the puff transfer. I usually cut and print htv vinyl at home. The jiffy puff is a thousand times better. The quality is amazing. I will definitely be ordering more!

Usually 2-3 day turnaround!!!
