JHM Butt and Co Arvostelua

I placed an order on their website on 28 August for two Gas Leak Detection Sprays and a 2 Post Lift Pad, and heard nothing back. I had to chase for tracking on 3 September, then again on 7 and 8 September before getting a reply. I was told the item ships direct from the supplier, which was why there was no tracking, yet the same spray is sold and dispatched by them through their own eBay store. Nothing from this order ever arrived. I asked them to cancel and refund on 13 September, and as of 19 September there is still no refund.

Separately, I ordered a gas leak spray on eBay on 13 September without realising it was the same company, only twigging when the Evri tracking came through under the JHM Butt Co name. I expected the MOT approved spray shown on their site (the white can with the MOT logo), but what arrived on 15 September was an Arctic Hayes leak detector can instead, which I returned the same day.

Communication and service have been poor throughout. I won't be ordering again.

Great product at a great price.
Good delivery and packaged very well.

Just had Chris and Ryan install a ramp for our hunter Alignment. All i can say is how fantastic they are. We are a busy centre and their attention to our workload aswell as their own was mind blowingly perfect.

Ordered on sun evening and arrived Tuesday afternoon. Many thanks

Great service! Thank you

Arrived in good time very well packed fabulous value for money 1st class seller

A nice quality deep impact socket, with well thought out and well executed broaching in the bore, leaving good wall thickness, and plenty of material where the socket fits to the anvil. My item was despatched in good time. However, the courier seemed to misplace the package for a few days. The supplier responded quickly and chased it through for me

Placed order on amazon saying it's coming on the 7th but actually arrived a day earlier which for me is great because i can start the work on my car faster .

Fantastic! Arrived on time & exactly as described. I celebrated by buying myself a coffee….i love coffee but can’t afford to buy it. 😘

Great product. Excellent price. Rapid delivery. Would definitely buy products from this seller again. Excellent service.
