Had two rings resized that previously had to be cut off the finger for being too tight. Fabulous work - you can't tell they been changed at all - they look like new.
The whole process worked exactly as described.

I contacted jewellery repair uk about my bracelet which needed restringing. From start to finish they were fantastic and kept me updated on the progress. I had a piece of broken jewellery, very sentimental to me and quite expensive but I haven’t been able to wear it for 15 years. I decided to take a punt and so happy I did. The work was well done and very reasonably priced. The best bit of the whole process was impeccable communication from Jasmine which gave me a lot of confidence. I would not hesitate to use again.

What a gem of a find, from beginning to end the service was brilliant, I was a bit hesitant at first, As the ring I wanted repaired was of a sentimental value only,but as Jewellery Repair send out the postage envelope, my mind was put at ease.I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the end product , just full of praise for these guy's and will absolutely use them again if the need arises x
