I sent my wife's necklace to Jewellery Repairs UK for repair. The company kept us fully informed of cost, when they would carry out the repair, approx. how long it would take and when they were ready to return it. They stuck religiously to their word. My wife now has her necklace returned and she just cannot tell were it was broken. The workmanship is brilliant obviously carried out by a true professional. I found this small business online as I was looking for somewhere to repair my Links of London sweetie bracelet. It had been sitting, broken, in a drawer for years, completely unwearable. From my initial
contact with them I received such a brilliant, friendly service. They kept me well informed of how the postal service worked and at a very reasonable price. I received my repaired bracelet back, looking as good as new. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I was a little worried about sending my broken bracelet off to an unknown company in the post but the process worked like clockwork - Jewellery Repairs UK confirmed receipt and kept me updated every stage of the way. Huge thanks to the team at Jewellery Repairs and especially Jasmine for the brilliant communication and great service. Unfortunately, they couldn’t repair my earrings due to the type of metal which didn’t weld properly, but they let me know straight away and returned the earrings to me within a few days and with a full refund.
