We understand your concern regarding the shipping cost. The reason NZ Post was not available as a shipping option in your case is because your package (measuring 54x37x46 cm and weighing 4.7kg) exceeded NZ Post’s maximum size limits. When a package falls outside those limits, their service is automatically hidden from the available shipping options to avoid confusion at checkout.

We’re sorry to hear that our email-based support felt slow. While we don’t currently offer phone support, we do aim to respond to all queries within 1 business day, and we’re working on further improving our responsiveness and customer experience.

We hope this clears up the situation, and if you’re satisfied with how the shipment itself was handled, we’d be grateful if you would consider updating your review.

We understand your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. Your two packages were received on 15/04, and your request to combine and repack them was placed the same day. As outlined on our website, we typically allow 1 business day between each operational request.

On 16/04, we began processing your request and discovered that one of the packages had arrived empty. You were contacted on 17/04—within our standard timeframe—to advise of this and discuss next steps.

Please also note that our warehouse was closed from 18th–22nd April in observance of the Easter public holidays. During this time, we were unable to respond to support queries and are now working through a backlog as efficiently as possible.

We’ve remained in active communication with you and have done our best to provide clear, timely support throughout this process. It’s disappointing to see a negative review used as a means to prompt prioritised handling, particularly while we were closed for a long weekend and working to support all customers fairly.

If you feel that your concerns have been addressed appropriately, we kindly ask that you reconsider or update your review to reflect the full context. We’re always here to help, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience during busy periods.
