Finally got my Australian boots
I was looking for a specific pair of boots that were only available in Australia, and using their warehouse address made the process straightforward, even though the retailer had shipping restrictions. I received a notification as soon as the package arrived at the warehouse, then arranged shipping to Brazil. The delivery took around two weeks, which was quicker than I expected, and the boots arrived in excellent condition with no damage. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Jetkrate Stole My Package
Twelve days ago I had a package delivered at the supposedly warehouse of Jetkrate in Australia. For the record, Jetkrate doesn't operate the place, UFS Transport does and they pass your package over to Jetkrate. I bet Jetkrate works the same way in the US, UK and NZ. So, basically Jetkrate is only a digital platform with no physical presence. Anyways, when my package didn't show up in my inbox after two business days (it still hasn't), I contacted support for an explanation. The day after they replied saying that they would start an investigation. Four days later, after I asked for an update, they came back saying that they couldn't find my package. I then provided them with proof of delivery showing the name of the person who signed for the package. This was four days ago and since then I haven't heard back from them. Given the course of events so far, I can only conclude that Jetkrate/UFS has stolen my package and is now trying to cover it up. The least they can do is reimburse me the value of the stolen goods. Companies like these that steal from their customers should be banned and the criminals working there put in jail. I will be reporting Jetkrate to the National Anti-Scam Centre, the ACCC and the Consumer Affairs Victoria. I will definitely also file a theft report with the police.

We understand the delay was frustrating. However, the suggestion that Jetkrate or our warehouse partner stole your package or attempted to cover it up is incorrect.
Once you contacted us, an investigation was opened with the warehouse. The initial search was unsuccessful, so we requested proof of delivery to help narrow down where the parcel had been received. After that information was provided, the warehouse continued its investigation and the package was located and registered to your Jetkrate account.
Jetkrate works with established warehouse partners in each country, which is standard practice within the package forwarding industry. Packages are not simply passed between companies without oversight, and each case is investigated using delivery records, warehouse scans and identifying information.
We acknowledge that the investigation took longer than expected and apologise for that delay. However, accusations of theft, criminal conduct and a deliberate cover-up are not supported by what occurred, particularly as the package has now been found and assigned to your account.
Still a SCAM I Have the emails!!!!
They have not rectified the problem in any way and now I am going nuclear! I am done I am completely done with them I am convinced this is a scam. They emailed me saying it was ready to ship but when I do on their webpage there is no way to ship it. I have emailed back multiple times with no response they refuse to help.

However, this review does not accurately reflect what occurred. Your parcel was never lost, withheld or ignored. It arrived safely at our warehouse and remained secure at all times.
The email advising your shipment was ready simply meant your parcel had been processed into your Jetkrate account and was ready for you to arrange international shipping. As with all package forwarding services, shipping is initiated by the customer once their parcel has been received at the warehouse.
We acknowledge that our response time to your enquiry was slower than it should have been, and we sincerely apologise for that. Once your enquiry was escalated, our team provided the assistance you required and your shipment is now on its way to you.
Since posting this review, you've also spoken directly with our Director and confirmed that your concerns have been addressed. You additionally provided constructive feedback on how we can improve the experience for first-time customers, which we genuinely appreciate and will take on board.
We'd respectfully ask that you remove or update this review once your package has been successfully delivered, as it no longer reflects the facts or the current status of your shipment.

We have checked your shipment, and the latest tracking update on 27/06 confirms that the parcel has arrived in the destination country. At this stage, it has been handed over to the local postal network, which means it is outside of Jetkrate’s direct handling and visibility.
This shipment was sent via NZ Post Economy, which is a budget postal service. With economy postal services, tracking is limited once the parcel reaches the destination country, and delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. These details are shown before shipment so customers can choose the option that best suits their needs.
Jetkrate processed and dispatched your parcel correctly, and the delay is now with the local postal carrier. We understand this is frustrating, but the parcel is still progressing through the postal network and we recommend allowing a little more time for delivery.
For future shipments where timing and detailed tracking are important, we strongly recommend selecting a premium courier option such as FedEx, as this provides faster transit and much stronger tracking visibility.

I know this because I took the local New Zealand courier sticker off to check the AusPost sticker underneath. Jetkrate was onto it and shipped my package to me no worries at all. Poorly designed website, almost unusable due to how slow it is to use. Had 8 identical items delivered at the same time, they boxed 7 and left one behind. Cost to send the remaining item is not financially viable.

With regard to the item that was not included in your shipment, our records indicate that the majority of your packages were registered to your account on the same day that the repack request was processed. One additional package arrived and was registered after the repack had already been completed, which is why it was not included in the shipment.
Our system can only combine packages that are present and available in the account at the time a repack request is processed.

A little disappointed
This is my second time using jetkrate. My first experience went smooth and super fast, item arrived in a week. This time around, I paid for priority shipping. My package was dispatched on 05/13 according to the email they sent me. As of today, my package tracking information still says they have not recieved the item. It’s been stuck on “label created” for almost two weeks. I’ve reached out to customer service twice just to see if they could at least help me track it. No response. This isn’t a cheap service, the least you could do is respond to the contact forms.
