Noah was a great sales rep. They were able to get us pasrts we couldn't find elsewhere, although the price was a little more. Shipping was very quick and satisfactory.

I ordered the air purifier and my credit card was charged. They did not actually have the item in stock and refunded me. I wasted several days on this.

In the next couple of days, we did our best to find the product for you in a timely manner but unfortunately we weren't able to, so your order was refunded on Wednesday.
