I ordered a battery and paid for express delivery. It didn’t arrive and I chased and chased. I asked for a refund of the express delivery costs and they agreed. They said the battery would arrive within a few more days. It didn’t. Seems they’d cancelled the whole order. Very poor communication and service failure after service failure. If they had any focus on customer satisfaction they’d have just sent it for free (less than £20 in value). So frustrating.

A Fraudulent Company with False Inventory. Products Purchased never arrived & in Panic started mailing & Calls from Telephone numbers from multiple cities. Thugs will be reported to the police as this company is created to illegally acquire Individuals & Companies Bank details. Refunds will be issued however, in near future check Payments released from your account within UK & Overseas. Don’t engage in Business

Really poor, false stock indications, no delivery, no communication, no replies to email for 3 days. when you try and contact people you get transferred overseas.

Scam company. Don’t delivery product as promised

Useless , ordered 3 weeks ago , had no update , no one answers email or phone calls , no sign of receiving part that showed in stock delivery within 3-5 days , do not purchase from this company

Part of a larger international group, I placed an order for parts needed for a job as they showed in stock for next day delivery and offered a slightly better price than other suppliers - it all adds up. We waited a week with no delivery and called to request an update, but the person said they would email the responsible person which was an odd response, and I wondered if it was just a polite telephone answering service. In the end someone from the other side of the world emailed to say nothing I’d ordered was in stock and it would arrive to them in another week. No real solution or apology was offered, I’m deeply disappointed and left with potentially damaged business reputation and rising costs because of poor stock control or outright lies on their website.
