I was told the item had dispatched...it was needed for a holiday so gave plenty of time...after many days I rang to find out "it was lost"...it was refunded but I should have been informed without having to contact you.

My package sat at the location for nearly three weeks without a single notification or update that it was ready for collection. When I tried calling customer service, I was left on hold for an entire hour, only to deal with an unhelpful agent. Brutal service.

Excellent service
Staffs were extremely kind. They helped me order my size online and help deliver my shoes home. The billing staff patiently helped me get the jd card. Of course my shoes was also delivered home without hassle. Very pleased with JD Sports, Blanchardstown, Ireland.

Really impressed super quick delivery on one item and quick delivery on the other two items.
Unfortunately one pair of trainers were too tight/small and had to return. Returns process was so easy and all refunded very fast. Impressed how smooth everything was & would order from them again.
