Sent back my order in approx 25th of…
Sent back my order in approx 25th of July, they received it in 3 days, since then no refunds no response in regards to my order. I have sent 3 forms aready.
Also last year CS and return process works the way better than in 2026. Everytime have some trouble with refunds

Quick response and order dispatched in time. Tracking status was good but the tracking system on JD App needs to be upgraded ASAP. Each time I opened the app to track my order, it says order delivered when in actual fact, it has not been shipped or picked up by AnPost for delivery. Initially, I thought that i was a victim of scammers. Every other thing was perfect.

My purchase took too long
My purchase took too long, they use an post who never deliver to your apartment, make you go up to their depot to pick up your items. Worst delivery service in the country.

Fast delivery, had to return one item out of four and did this in a local store near me and it could not have been easier, also the help in my store was only brilliant.

I was told the item had dispatched...it was needed for a holiday so gave plenty of time...after many days I rang to find out "it was lost"...it was refunded but I should have been informed without having to contact you.
