An order was made for 2 of the same dress in 2 different colours. The sent 2 completely different dresses and have not responded to the several emails sent concerning this,

My name is Mary A. I purchased a dress from them since May and we are in July. 2 Emails sent to the, but no body has responded to it. From the things are going, I believe they are fraudulent. They better refund my money to. Else.
I ordered a long gown dress and received confirmation that the item had been shipped in May 2026. Despite paying for for express delivery which should take 5 to 10 working days, I have not received the package as at today 19June 2026.
I have neither received a response to my query sent 7 June.

I'm 5'2. Hard to find stuff for my height but the mermaid tail dress actually works. Hits right at my ankles when I wear heels. Pretty happy with the fit.
