I was training with Adam for 2 years
I was training with Adam for 2 years. The training was hard I have to admit but in the end I looked the best in my life. I recommend for people who seriously want to change the way they look (Just trust him, he knows what he is doing).

Facilities was good, staff was nice and shout out to Adam who worked with me, very knowledgeable on how/why, didn't mind answering my annoying questions, made for aa very welcome experience as someone new!

Adam is the best PT you will ever have
The gym itself is already great, but my PT Adam is the reason I’m there. He’s an amazing PT, who has helped me lose weight and gain confidence in my life. He’s so supportive and understanding and honestly I would recommend him to everyone! He’s the best! My success is genuinely due to him - thank you Adam!

Great gym and Adam is a great PT
Great gym with a really good atmosphere. It's always clean, the equipment is well looked after, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
I signed up with Adam as my PT when I joined, and he's been a massive help. He's really knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about helping me achieve my goals. He's great at pushing me beyond what I think I'm capable of, explains everything in a simple, easy-to-understand way, and keeps me motivated throughout.
Really pleased I joined and would definitely recommend Adam at JD Gyms.

Love training at JD, The atmosphere is great, the facilities are decent
A special mention has to go to Adam M, who is an outstanding coach/personal trainer. He is knowledgeable, motivating and genuinely invested in helping you improve. Adam takes the time to understand your goals, pushes you when you need it, and makes sure you’re performing exercises safely and correctly. His encouragement and positive attitude make a huge difference, and he always keeps sessions challenging but enjoyable.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Adam enough. He is an absolutely amazing PT and, without a doubt, one of the most knowledgeable bodybuilders I’ve ever come across.
What really sets Adam apart is his understanding of training, nutrition, technique and howwwwww the body actually works. He doesn’t just give you a generic workout plan, he takes the time to understand you, your goals and what you need to do to get there.
He’s incredibly motivating, approachable and genuinely cares about helping you improve. Whether you’re completely new to training or already experienced, Adam has the knowledge and experience to take you to the next level.
If you’re serious about transforming your physique and want someone who actually knows what they’re talking about, Adam is your guy. 100/10, trust me bro couldn’t recommend him highly enough! Been years now and don't see me doing it without him the results speak for themselves.

I’m only giving this personal trainer/coach this 5* review, Adam Mikietinski was very polite and enthusiastic when I approached him for coaching advise and guidance on how to lift. Well equipped and friendly staff
Big thank you to the trainer Adam who I've had a few sessions with. Figured out what issues I had when it came to my form and offered precise and well explained fixes. I've got a better knowledge when it comes to using the equipment provided by the gym. I've already noticed improvements in my posture which has been my main motivator in going to the gym!!

Good gym - Members need better education.
Bigger gym with a fantastic range of facilities and equipment. Well maintained albeit some equipment that has sustained high usage inevitably wearing and occasionally requiring repair. Plenty of classes for those looking for that environment.
Biggest disappointment is un-educated members leaving weights on equipment after completion. Bad discipline which staff should address. Even Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach has to give lessons on “re-racking weights”. Don’t see why this should be any different. Staff need to create greater pride amongst members to look after the facility and equipment.
But overall, good vibes and plenty of kit hence the 5 Star review.
