Nice atmosphere
Nice atmosphere, polite people. Alot of machines to choose from. Even if your machine or anything you want to use is occupied you can still find and use an alternative and work that same muscle group just as well.

Not good
Old, dated, rusted equipment. No air conditioning.
The gym is the only one large enough and cheap enough in rugby. Hence why it has members.
I go because, again, as stated, it has space. For equipment wise it's not good at. It's not the range of equipment but the up keep.
The gym is clean, but feels like everything needs a good layer of dw40. The machines need updating and new pads, especially need adding to the seated calf raise machine.

Emergency button not working on treadmill
Used a treadmill full speed , pressed emergency stop the machine was still going so I assumed it wasn’t working and low and behold the button had Come off. Thankfully I managed to slow down by myself but quite worrying. Also no staff members on at this time on a Sunday when it was relatively busy . Which is a security risk.

Fab JD Gym Rugby
Great Gym, so easy to use the gear, the staff are brill and so helpful,
The price is great and for me it’s just round the corner, good parking, it’s a well used Gym but with so much equipment that’s never a problem. At 63 years old it’s given me back the want to train again. As I said at the start A GREAT GYM.

Nice but many machines out of order…
Lots of cardio treadmills out of order and some weight lifting machines too. They should pay attention to this... For the rest the gym is nice

Talcum Powder
One of my mates has been banned for a week for using Talcum Powder after having a shower there. How the hek can you ban someone for using talcum powder. Have you seen the disgusting state of your showers, changing room and toilet facilities. Have you seen the way people just abandon their cars in the car park. People not putting gym equipment away from where they first found it. Not a word to them. But you'd rather ban someone for using talcum powder. Great management skills that is!! Get a grip guys and sort yourselves out!
