JD Gyms - Hull Arvostelua 

Been coming to this Gym for a bit over a year the facilities are good but JD Gyms have borderline non existent customer service. I have been having an ongoing issue with them failing to take payment so for the last 5 months. I have been having to call them and pay manually over the phone which can take 20-30 minutes each time and i have to do this during my work hours. I have raised tickets via their website, emailed a customer service manager, and even reached out to the CEO and so far have had no response other than automated acknowledgement emails. The gyms themselves are okay but if anything goes wrong you can’t get through to anyone so if this isn’t sorted in the next few days I’ll just jump ship and go elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend due to poor customer service.

The instructors are very nice and friendly. The facilities are really good including the changing rooms. There's always a parking spaces even on busy hours, after work. I'm a barely new membership but so far so good.

I like the gym ,, good equipment, I think it’s missing a decline bench for ab work, and I feel it is very very busy it’s hard to get on the things you want .. the app should tell you how many people are in the gym that would be good idea. But other wise very good gym and facilities.

I’m loving JD gym because my old gym didn’t have all the machines for me to have a proper workout, so I’m really enjoying my time here.

Everything good but Bathroom not convenient. And it's bit smell.

Excellent gym with superb equipment. Machines do break from time to time but are usually repaired quickly.
As a person of age I don't do any classes but they always appear hectic.
Some members use the equipment as a place to sit and text their friends.

You scammed me I paid for a membership on the 8th September 2023 and the money had been taken out of my bank account, I had also received an email confirming my purchase and that I had started for JD Gyms. I went in today, 14th September 2023 and my account wouldn't let me log in. A member of staff helped me and said that my payment didn't go through even tho money has been taken out of my account for JD Gyms. Please give me account or money back.

The gym was clean and the machines were well maintained. I joined because it is open 24 hours which is very convienient due to me working shifts.

Great gym but would have been nice to have an induction to the equipment.

The staff helped show me how to sign up on the tablet at the GYM.

The gym facility is very clean.

The air con needs to be turned up though, it’s too hot especially around the cardio machines

My son already goes there so I went as per doctors orders to lose weight. Ben (PT) was good to introduce me and gave me a tour of the gym...

Easy to use app and scan to get in so easy

Gym has potential but always too busy, machines are constantly broken, toilets and showers and dirty and constantly smell of urine and sick.

The gym is clean and well laid out, there seems to be plenty of equipment to suit most levels of activity. I have only been twice to date, but intend to go twice a week. I have tried a few of the machines, but at my age, 84, I won’t be getting too intense.

Like the classes. Spinning room.no aircon. Very humid

Very clean, good range of weights and machines, welcoming and positive atmosphere with diverse members. Something for everyone!
