No permanent charging light
Also the charging port isn't the best as the rubber doesn't clear well enough
And the charging cable that came with it is faulty

Excellent product, good price, looks good, works well.

The touchscreen resolution is poor. The touchscreen itself is hard to operate and often unresponsive. The battery doesn't last the day without being charged during the course of the day. The camera is also not good. Certainly won't be buying another.

Good easy to use phone. Caller I D writing to small and very limited choice of ringtone.
More detailed user manual needed had to Google for some options

It's a good phone, it arrived quickly. It works. No headphone socket so I had to get a set of Bluetooth headphones. Apart from that everything is fine so far.

JCB Tradesman 30. A good value robust phone as expected. Delivery was very prompt.
Instructions for use are a bit limited ( for low-tech user) but good on-line help is available.

Bought this phone for my husband who is a mechanic he had this phone 2 days and the over heating from the phone is a major issue. Contacted jcb on Saturday and still awaiting reply! Amazon have been fantastic and done a replacement on the hope it's just a faulty battery... wee shall see

I had a query, after I sent a email which was replied to with in 30 mins (fantastic service) I placed my order. Very good product, arrived when they said it would, I would recommend JCB phone's.

For the price it's superb. Wifi, bluetooth, tethering, and WhatsApp. The torch is handy too. Glad to be rid of my smartphone.

It arrived through the post quickly,and it was easy to set up.The only thing that could make an improvement,is for JCB to make a folding case for the phone

just received phone when transfering contacts it lost half of names but not numbers many tec buffs have tryed unsuccesfully topair in blutooth without handsfree its useless

Well the best thing about it is the matt colouring which means there is no glare on the phone when I look at pictures.

phone do not work been emailing requesting refund and return no response anywhere its very difficult now i will have put chargeback

Great customer service. Roy Taylor was excellent. The back of the Tradesman phone was tricky to get off. Roy’s advice solved the problem. He also expedited delivery of the phone which was urgent as my brother was in hospital and needed it quickly.
